1:15-cv-03199-MHC: ExecSummits, LLC v. Healy Et Al (10-1)

The court document announces that the parties in the case of ExecSummits LLC vs Michael Healy and Karen Healy have reached a settlement. The court administratively closes the case and directs the parties to file a stipulation of dismissal upon finalizing the settlement documents. If settlement negotiations fail, the parties can move to reopen the case. The court also denies as moot the parties' joint motion seeking a 12-month stay of the action.
