The undersigned is a graduating student of the BS Psychology program of Mindanao State University
Iligan Institute of Technology, Iligan City. The program requires graduating students a minimum total of
320 hours of Practicum Work/Internship and/or On-the-Job Training equally distributed (at 80 hours
each) in four areas clinical, industrial, school and community settings where Psychology, as a
profession, is applied at work.
Following this school requirement, we are applying for On-the-Job Training in the
