CASTING FLOOR
Team of casters was assigned to clean, grind and paint work of the
both mold bodies.
Both mold tubes changed.
Oiler plate threading.
Cleaned jam from protection plate.
Both Tundish cars cleaned and painted.
Tundish car bearing checking and gear oil filling.
Complete floor cleaning.
Painted all railings, columns and beams on the floor.
COOLING CHAMBER
Jam removing from chamber all sides.
02 Foot roller changed and other foot rollers and spray ring cleaned.
Spray nozzles cleaned and changed blocked nozzles.
Alignment of all secondary cooling pipes.
Asbestos tapping on Spray ring, zone I and zone II pipes.
Apron rollers made free and 02 bearing with sleeve changed.
01 Apron roller replaced.
Scale and jam removing from chamber trench.
02 Steel braided hose pipes at zone II changed.
Both secondary filters cleaned.
Stroke length checked.
Gear box and bearing cleaning at oscillation cam.
Withdrawal
Strand II both gear (top and bottom) replaced.
Strand II bearing at Exit bottom roller changed. Bearing No. 22220
Strand I Exit Top roller changed.
Scale removing from withdrawal area.
Cooling jacket pipe changed and welded where leakage observed.
All bearings at withdrawal checked and cleaned.
Coloring of withdrawal after cleaning.
AUTO CUTTER
Cleaning of both auto cutter jackets.
St-2 cooling system switched to secondary water.
Clutch at ST-2 changed.
MS Shaft for cutting torch fabricated and changed.
St-2 Auto cutter bearings changed. Bearing No. 30307, Qty 2.
St-1 Auto cutter bearing changed. Bearing No. 30307, Qty 1.
All bearing and wheels checking and cleaning.
04 Cooling pipes at auto cutter changed.
Gas and air pipes also replaced.
Both Auto cutters painted.
CONVEYOR, PUSHER & COOLING BED
All conveyor roller bearings checked and changed 12 bearings of 1212K with
sleeves where needed.
Changed 04 damaged rollers at PCRT and DRT.
Checked and repaired conveyor chains.
Pusher teeth welded and grinded.
Scale and jam removing from all trenches and cooling bed area.
Maintained all cooling pipes at cooling bed area.
New installation of MS pipeline for cooling PCRT rollers at both strands.
Coloring of conveyor channel and pusher.
Lubrication
Greasing of Tundish car wheels and chains (Both).
Greasing of oscillation table (Caster side).
Greasing of oscillation table (chamber side).
Greasing of oscillation cam.
Greasing of all apron rollers.
Greasing of withdrawal.
Greasing of RDBS.
Greasing of PCRT and DRT bearings and chains.
Greasing of auto cutter wheel and bearings.
Greasing of pusher bearings.
Gear oil filling at Tundish car.
Gear oil filling oscillation cam gear box.
Gear oil filling at withdrawal Top and Bottom.
Gear oil filling at PCRT and DRT.
Gear oil filling at auto cutter.
