IFFCO - Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited

IFFCO has implemented successful 10-year plans called "Mission 2005" and "Vision 2010" that made it one of the largest fertilizer producers and marketers globally. Its new "Vision-2015" plan aims to: (1) Expand existing fertilizer production facilities and set up new joint ventures domestically and abroad (2) Diversify into other profitable sectors (3) Strengthen raw material sourcing through strategic joint ventures. Key goals of "Vision-2015" include becoming a global fertilizer leader, maximizing synergies through value additions, expanding international markets, leveraging new technologies, and achieving annual fertilizer production/marketing targets of 15 million tons and $30 billion turnover.
