The Lee Research Group, Nanoscale Precision Sensing Laboratory, in the Department of
Mechanical Engineering at Sogang University, South Korea, seeks highly motivated
graduate students in the area of micro-/nanoscale sensors and actuators.

The successful applicants must have completed a bachelor or master degree in


Mechanical Engineering, Applied Physics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering,
Bioengineering, or related disciplines. Research experience in nanotechnology,
nanomaterials, nanosensors, biosensors, and/or optics is highly desired.

Specific research topics of interest include


Nanoscale 4D printing
Liquid metal patterning for next-generation wearable devices
Hydrogel micro-/nanoelectromechanical systems
Multifunctional atomic force microscopy
Thermal properties measurement of soft biological matters
