0-year work experience in my Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology.

Geoscience skills/or knowledge

Fieldwork (igneous, sedimentary and metamorphic terrain mappings), good knowledge of


sampling and geological mapping and few days ago participated for 3 weeks long fieldwork
together with professors at the Main Ethiopian Rift Valley.
Project work around Arba Minch by the title of Seismic Refraction Survey based on the
identification of subsurface Lithology, Structure and Groundwater existance of Secha area,
Arba Minch, Ethiopia.
Proficient in using geological field instruments (Compass, GPS, Topographic map, and
others).
Proficient in field report writing and preparation of different maps (geological, structural
maps and other maps).
Good at handling/operating geophysical equipments like Gravimeter, seismogram and
Electrical Resistivity meter.
Laboratory (hand specimen analysis, petrographic microscope thin section analysis, and
crystallography), Structural geology Mohr stress diagram and stereographic projection.

Computer skill

Specialty software for geosciences: ArcGIS, Global mapper, SeismoImager, Ipi2win,


Surfer and Google Earth.
Confident with a range of IT packages including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel,
