Evaluate and develops the effectiveness & efficiency of site supervision in the construction
industry in the Sudan.

Lack of supervision is very clearly in the construction industry in the Sudan for example
infrastructures.

Items will be measured:

Availability and qualifications of Human resource


Authority and responsibility
Degree of knowledge and availability of standers

Questioners & interviews will conducted to collect the data for major items of site supervision

The populations of study are:

Supervisors
Project managers
QA/QC managers

Analyze the data by using statistical analysis and decided where the exactly this lack come from.

This study will take about two month, and approximately budget is (5000SDG).
