1. The director general and ambassador discussed upcoming meetings in Washington D.C. from December 5-7, 1980 regarding important matters in Africa. 2. The meetings will include representatives from France, West Germany, Italy and the new U.S. President's inner circle. 3. Dr. Bach of West Germany emphasized the meetings would be more productive speaking directly with the U.S. President rather than some of his staff.
