NOTE: Please do not unzip these files.

Copy the above zip files to:

Documents\Visual Studio
2010/2012/2013\Templates\ProjectTemplates, or
My Documents\Visual Studio
2010/2012/2013\Templates\ProjectTemplates

Start Visual Studio 2010/2012/2013/2015, File > New > Project, look under My
Templates or Installed Templates; select Drawings Plug-in or Model Plug-in,
enter the name of your plug-in and the location of the project files, click OK.
