ISSUE: 20171111- Re: When will common sense prevail about citizenship issues, etc & the constitution

As a CONSTITUTIONALIST my concern is the true meaning and application of the constitution.


Our constitution being the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900 (UK) is a British
constitution and must be interpreted as was the meaning and intention in 1900 and not subjected
to contemporary views of politicians/judges. If just the commonwealth of Australia had complied
with the 4 December 2002 court order about my Section 78B NOTICE OF
CONSTITUTIONAL MATTERS regarding citizenship then I view John Alexander still
would have remained to be a Member of Parliament. I understand that Mark Arbib (when he was
in parliament) was a traitor in the Parliament to have informed the US of A about cabinet
confidential details, and seemingly rewarded with special jobs in NSW. This kind of conduct was
what the Framers of the Constitution were against. John Alexander I view would be precisely the
kind of person the Framers of the Constitution would have held would honour the Parliament
with being a Member of Parliament. Our constitution didnt change. The meaning of s44 didnt
alter, but what I consider treacherous High Court of Australia beyond judicial powers pretend it
to have a different meaning then it actually has. This has to stop. In my view the judges should
be held legally liable for treason! We need to get back to the true meaning and application of the
constitution and not that political or other contemporary activity by judges somehow causes such
a gross disruption to governance. Never mind the republican push by some elements, they should
have learned by now, if they are not all together morons, that there is a constitutional appropriate
manner to amend the constitution and not by judicial activisms that has no judicial legal basis.
The constitution belongs to We, the people and not some politicians/judges who desire to twist
and pervert the constitution for their own personal ambitions. In my view mark Arbib was a clear
example how a traitor can be operating within the Parliament/government and then gets rewarded
by his mates with jobs, instead that jobs are provided to the best and most suitable person.

The English common law required defendants to forfeit all of their property, real and personal, upon
conviction for treason. In some cases, the British Crown confiscated the property of immediate
family members as well. The common law also precluded convicted traitors from bequeathing their
property through a will. Relatives were presumed to be tainted by the blood of the traitor and were
not permitted to inherit from him. Article III of the U.S. Constitution outlaws such "corruption of the
blood" and limits the penalty of Forfeiture to "the life of the person attainted." Under this provision
relatives cannot be made to forfeit their property or inheritance for crimes committed by traitorous
family members.

What politicians seems to ignore is that their descendants likely will suffer because of the
consequences of them stuffing about with our constitution for their own political ambitions.
Here we have a Julie Bishop reportedly rorting the system to hold speeches where she then
charges taxpayers for being coincidentally where her footy team plays and/or her sister has a
birthday. To me they are unscrupulous and should be kicked out of the Parliament never to be
permitted to ever hold a government position, not even as a contractor!
The same with those who have off shore tax have ns accounts, they act contrary to the spirit of
the government about pursuing everyone pays their fair share of taxation and as such should be
banned of ever again being able to be a member of parliament and to obtain/hold a government
position.
We also should make clear that any Member of Parliament not being a Minister of the Crown can
maximum only be provided with the average weekly earnings as a allowance which includes
all and any allowances. Not a cent more. And those who hold positions as a Minister cannot
claim any allowances as they are being paid a salary.
This gigantic organised rip off by politicians must stop!
Not a single cent towards any stationary/postal charges where it relates to political party
promotions, and so neither any taxpayers monies for them to travel about in regard of political
issues such as election campaigns. No more payment per primary vote either. We need to make
election fair and proper and not advance political parties in their spending spree knowing they
will end up with tens of millions of dollars in funding where most INDEPENDENT candidate
will be disadvantaged not having such fast sums of monies.
Those in the Parliament to enrich themselves are free to leave but while they remain in the
parliament their egoistic and selfish conduct must disappear and they are there to serve We, the
People, and not themselves! Likewise with judges, they should stop travelling around the world
in a well-paid job and then stuff about with the constitution. They are there to INTERPRET what
the constitution stands for and since enactment, and their judicial activisms outside constitutional
judicial powers must be corrected forthwith.
What we need is proper leadership but having what I consider boofheads as leaders of political
parties isnt going to do it. For the monies they are being paid (lawfully and/or
unconstitutionally) we certainly could do with some better leadership. I for one would not have
an issue to do so and shows them what real leadership is about that is for and by the people and
not egoistic self-indulging by politicians/judges.
What is needed is that any person to take up a seat in the Parliament should go through an exam
as to the true meaning and application of the constitution and anyone failing such an exam cannot
hold any Ministerial portfolio. No one can accept a person to be as competent Minister if the
person cannot even understand/comprehend the ground rules being the constitution.
On a day of remembrance of the fallen soldiers we have this continued absurdity to disgrace the
memories of those who sacrificed their lives. They didnt die for the sake of egoistic selfish
politicians/judges they did it for all Australians and their memory can only be honoured not by
speeches of crooked politicians but by showing true leadership according to the constitutional
embedded legal principles.
