SHARING PRESSENCE WORKSHOP

Have you been inspired by the teachings of Eckhart Tolle but find it difficult to stay present
when interacting with friends, colleagues, family, etc? Does the pain body or ego take over?
Jason Lee Mitchell can give you a living understanding of being present with other people.
Practice is the key and our workshop can show you HOW.
You're invited to a special gathering -- to experience presence and connect to each other.

What Jason Does

Jason's presentations are not so much teaching sessions, but a sharing of Who (or What) we truly
are.
There's a part of us that is beyond our mind and knowledge - an awareness that is in harmony
with the matters of life - the "I am" that resonates within us. Every day we find ourselves
thinking about past and future, our "life story", which is full of goals and desires in order to
somehow reach this day, this moment, when we believe to know it all, to feel complete as a
whole and free from all pain. In all this doing we forget a simple truth, which is to live NOW,
today.
Being present in everything you do is freedom, as you are aware of your thoughts, your feelings,
your senses, and your outer world. When you are the awareness of everything that is happening,
you are no longer the content of your life. You are life! You are the Awareness, the witness of
what you see, hear, touch, taste, smell and think.
Through gentle and enjoyable exercises taken from the world of theatre, you are invited on a
journey to your true self. We meet with a group of people and share presence. We connect and
communicate without words and stories.
What we experience within the group cannot be precisely put into words, as it is beyond the
mind and the intellect. This sense of connection and oneness we feel to each other will transform
the way you interact with everyone; friends, family and strangers.
It's simply about the art of connecting, giving and receiving in the present moment.

In this talk Jason Mitchell will share the core messages of his upcoming book "Sharing Presence
- Creating conscious human connections".
As the title reveals, this book is about what we all share and remember mostly in our lives, the
human relationships we encounter.
The act of sharing presence is the greatest conscious action we can make once we know
ourselves in presence. The moment you realize that you are the witnessing presence of life, you
are given the possibility to share your true self with others. There is a part within us that never
changes and that is the presence we are always sharing.
This conscious act can shift any human connection into a state of unity, love, compassion,
understanding, listening and so much more.
Discover key actions you can make each day to emphasis what we all share as human beings.
Awakening spiritually must also transform our unconscious actions, as we must act from a state
of consciousness in which we no longer focus on the minds illusion of being a separate
individual. What truly matters is the sharing of our presence and everything else is secondary.

About the Sharing Presence Workshop

Experience what truly matters in all human connections - the PRESENCE.
In this workshop we consciously focus on the act of sharing our presence with each other, which
many of us find challenging to remember, especially with people who emphasis that which
makes us separate - the story, the labels and the roles.
By shifting our attention towards the presence that is always witnessing life, we begin to
experience a clear shift in how we share our emotions, thoughts, stories and desires. You are
invited into a space of awareness, in which you can share your true self with others without
having to be someone or something you are not.
We discover a state of unity in which we experience the oneness with life. Our sharing is about
what is primary above all doing and that is BEING, as we are human BEINGS. And from this
space all our actions become powerful, truthful and healing.

About Jason Lee Mitchell

Jason has been sharing his presence all around the world with his workshops and talks. Using his
background in film and theatre, he now dedicates his life to inspiring people to be their very best, by
sharing their true self. His mediums vary from film, plays, and workshops to his upcoming book.

Individual Sessions with Jason

Sharing your life in presence can be very challenging for a conditioned mind and if you wish to deepen
your understanding with Jason personally, he offers 4 key practices that can be of great insight.
Are you “expressing or de-pressing”?
Human beings are conditioned from an early age to be someone or somebody and by doing this we move
away from our true self. We become lost in labels, identifications, roles, lies, etc. and forget our true
nature.
In this session Jason will explore situations and people in your life, in which you are able to
express your true self without pressure to be somebody you are not in essence. Whenever you
feel restricted in your freedom, your expression becomes de-pressed and this is the great cause
for feeling separate, alone, unwanted and depressed.

The Art of connecting with Human BEINGS

Whenever we meet another human being, we are conditioned to “meet” their “story”, but not the BEING
within them.
Questions like, where are you from, what do you do, where do live, how old are you, etc. are
only a few of the many questions we inquire during a meeting.
When two people meet, often it is a connection of two mental stories. Discover in this session
how to connect on a deeper level that simply goes beyond the egoic mind connection.
A connection that is unconditional and can have meaning in your life. Jason will gently guide
you through exercises that can help you to see another human being as who they truly are.
Experience your Presence by being "BLIND"
This exercise is greatly appreciated and has brought much insight into people’s daily living.
Jason will be guiding you around the room, doing daily things, only that you will have your eyes
closed.
We are so adapted to being able to see with our eyes, but once we remove sight we can discover
the present moment fully and we become deeply aligned with our surroundings, as we are put
into a situation in which we must TRUST our guide.
In this exercise you will experience your egos reaction of FEAR, as it is losing control and
power, but as you go through the session, you will notice how you naturally begin to surrender to
the present situation and what you experience after is beautiful and has touched many people’s
lives.
This Blind exercise is one of the key exercises in the sharing presence workshops.
The 10 psychological Love-relationship stages -- Which one are you in?
Jason’s upcoming book and play “10 Stages -Desires for Love” reveals the 10 psychological stages we go
through in a Love-relationship concept.
These stages are bound to the conditioned concept we have about relationships and the true,
unconditional Love is free from this concept.
Discover the 10 stages and you will understand where you are at in your relationship and how
you can become free from the cycle of this destructive pattern so many of us keep repeating with
our lovers.
Satsang (Sanskrit sat = true, sanga = company) is in Indian philosophy (1) the company of the "highest
truth," (2) the company of a guru, or (3) company with an assembly of persons who listen to, talk about,
and assimilate the truth.[1] This typically involves listening to or reading scriptures, reflecting on,
discussing and assimilating their meaning, meditating on the source of these words, and bringing their
meaning into one’s daily life. Contemporary spiritual teachers in the West frequently come from the East
but can come from any part of the world.
