The Objective of this Capstone Project is to develop a web-based system
for the La Salette of Roxas Collge Inc., College Department to minimize the
problems existing in the present system of the registrar’s office in
collecting, safekeeping and distributing the grades of students. The system
will also help its users:

This study was conducted as the La Salette of Roxas College Inc.,
College Department, Magsaysay St. Vira, Roxas, Isabela. There Where
153 Respondents of this study which composed of the registrar and
staff, teachers and students.
The project was designed using the Software Development Life Cycle,
specifically the Agile Model. The activities include, Requirements
gathering, Design, Develop, Test, Deploy and Review. In gathering the data
and requirements for the system, the researchers used interview,
observation, library and online research techniques, and for the review
and software user acceptance survey was used. Weighted mean was the
statistical tool used by the researchers to interpret and analyze the data.
The performance of the website was measured according to the six good
qualities of software. Namely Functionality, Efficiency, Usability,
Reliability, Maintainability and Portability.
After the gathered data was calculated, the researchers came out
with the following results and findings:
1. Functionality Criterion has a total mean of 4.46 equivalent to a
qualitative rating of Very Satisfactory.
2. Efficiency Criterion has a total mean of 4.35 equivalent to a
qualitative rating of Very Satisfactory.
3. Usability Criterion has a total mean of 4.60 equivalent to a
qualitative rating of Excellent.
4. Reliability Criterion has a total mean of 4.41 equivalent to a
qualitative rating of Very Satisfactory.
5. Maintainability Criterion has a total mean of 4.48 equivalent to a
qualitative rating of Very Satisfactory.
6. Portability Criterion has a total mean of 4.49 equivalent to
qualitative rating of Very Satisfactory.
7. The Overall Criteria has a total mean of 4.47 equivalent to a
qualitative rating of very satisfactory.
The Following Conclusions were draw by the researchers:
1. The website was able to provide useful reports like grades and its
remarks. It also provides useful information like announcements
and news about the school.
2. The website cannot only provide financial benefits but also non-
financial benefits like saving time and effort of the users.
Based on the Conclusions, the following recommendations were drawn
by the researchers:
1. The Website should be implemented to a paid webhost to obtain full
capabilities of the system.
2. Use the Websites as the portal of the school to promote the school to
larger audiences.
