1. Create a cycle for sales .

1.1. Creating a Sales Order.


PATH SAP Menu -> Logistics -> Sales and Distribution -> Sales -> Order ->

- You can create an order from scratch by entering the data as below then pressing .
- Also you can press F4 on every field and choose the suitable selection.

- The Order types that can be used is:
- ZSMN.

And take the Sales order number

2. Creating an Outbound Delivery

PATH SAP Menu -> Logistics -> Sales and Distribution -> Shipping and
transportation->outbound delivery -> Create -> single document ->
with reference to sales order

2.1. Enter the sales order number and the shipping point.

2.2. You will find the data automatically from the sales order

And take the outbound delivery number

3. Creating a Billing document.

PATH SAP Menu -> Logistics -> Sales and Distribution -> Billing -> Billing
Document -> Create

3.1. Enter the Sales document number as reference.

The data will be transferred from the sales order automatically.

Note:
-to view the document flow of this cycle follow from the billing document:
Change the billing document

PATH SAP Menu -> Logistics -> Sales and Distribution -> Billing -> Billing
Document -> Change
