* PD 1096 National Building Code


Restaurants, fast food outlets, bars (Food Zones Dine Area).
o For every 30m2 of customer area there should be one (1) slot.
o The total area of food park zones (Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao) is 1,173.69 m2
o Therefore, 1,173.69 m2 ÷ 30 m2 = 39.123
o 39.123~ 40 car park slot.
Other buildings in business and commercial zones (Open Kitchen and Food Stall)
o For every 125m2 of gross floor area there should be one (1) slot.
o Therefore, the gross floor area of is 477.872m2 ÷ 125m2 = 3.82
o 3.82~ 4 car park slot.
College and Universities (Culinary School)
o For every five (5) classrooms there should be one (1) slot.
o The culinary school have 2 classrooms
o Therefore, it has 1 car park slot.
Office Building (Administration Building)
o For every 125m2 of gross floor area there should be one (1) slot.
o Therefore, the gross floor area of is 380.762m2 ÷ 125m2 = 3.05
o 3.05 ~ 4 car park slot
Public Assembly Buildings (Event and Repository Center)
o For every 50m2 of gross floor area there should be one (1) slot.
o Therefore, the gross floor area is 409.875 m2 ÷ 50 m2 = 8.20
o 8.20~ 9 car park slot
PWD Slot (BP 344)
o 1 PWD car slot for every 25 car park slots.
o Therefore, the total parking slots is 58 ÷ 25 = 2.32
o 2.32~ 3 PWD car slot
Tourist Bus Parking
o 2 bus slots for restaurant
o Having 3 food zones (Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao). The number of tourist bus parking
is 6.
Parking Dimension
 Regular car parking slot 2.5m x 5.00m  Jeepney 3.00m x 7.50m
 PWD 3.70m x 5.00m  Bus 5.00 x 12.00m
