the weight of cement is taken 2% from 390 kg


the weight of sand is taken 2% from 782 kg

the weight of sand is taken 2% from 1020.6 kg


materials that are ready to mix

insert the material into a portable mixer


the concrete mix is ready to be tested for slump

the concrete mixture is inserted into the cone mold for the slump test
compressing the concrete by stabbing the iron 25 times

lift the mold perpendicularly with care


measure the height of the slump with the meter.

Slump 18 ± 2.5
