The Lessee shall not violate the conditions laid down in this agreement under any
circumstances,
11. The Lessee covenant to maintain the schedule premises in good condition subject to
natural wear and tear and rectify minor defects as and when necessary.
12. The Lessee shall permit the Lessor or his agent to inspect the building and fittings
whenever demanded by the Lessor.
13. The Lessee shall be entitled to put up temporary fittings inside the leased premises and
shall be entitled to remove the same on termination of the lease. The Lessee shall not
construct or put up any permanent structures or alter the superstructure without the
permission of the Lessor.
14. The Lessee shall maintain the leased out premises in good condition and hand over
vacant possession of the same to the lessor at the expiry of the lease period ,in the
condition on which it was leased out to the Lessee (this shall include the
doors,Windows,glasses,Shelfs,electrical fittings etc.in the leased premises)

The Premises is leased out without car parking facility. The Original of this agreement is retained
with the Lessor and the copy by the Lessee.
SCHEDULE
FIRST FLOOR of Door No.12, 2nd Street, Alamelumangapuram, Ganapathy,
Coimbatore 641006 with water and electrical fittings.
