Dear Ma’am,
I am pleased to submit our agreement to furnish professional services for Architectural and
Engineering Design Services for your proposed TWO (2) STOREY COMMERCIAL BUILDING
WITH THE TOTAL FLOOR AREA: 800 sqm. located at P. OCAMPO COR. ARELLANO ST.
MANILA based on the following stipulations:
I. SCOPE OF WORKS:
1. Conceptual Design and Preliminary services include conferences with the client
and inspection of building site.
2. Architectural Space planning
3. Architectural Elevations and Sections and Detailed Drawings
4. Colored 3D perspectives
5. Animated Videos / walkthrough
6. Technical Specifications
7. Schematic Design based on the requirements/needs of the OWNER.
8. Preparation of Final Design /Development drawings including perspective.
9. Preparation of soft copy of the Contract Documents consisting of the following:
9.1 Architectural Drawing and Details (Signed & Sealed)
9.2 Structural Drawings and Details (Signed & Sealed)
9.3 Electrical Drawings and Details (Signed & Sealed)
9.4 Sanitary and Plumbing Drawings and Details (Signed & Sealed)
9.5 Mechanical Drawings and Details (Signed & Sealed)
9.6 Specifications (Signed & Sealed)
9.7 Budgetary Cost Estimates (Signed & Sealed)
10. Site Supervision which includes periodic visits at construction site to ascertain
compliance with approved plans and specifications.
14. Preparation of soft copy of the Contract Documents consisting of the following:

14.2 Structural Drawings and Details (Signed & Sealed)
14.3 Electrical Drawings and Details (Signed & Sealed)
14.4 Sanitary and Plumbing Drawings and Details (Signed & Sealed)

14.6 Specifications (Signed & Sealed)
14.7 Budgetary Cost Estimates (Signed & Sealed)
15. Site Supervision which includes periodic visits at construction site to ascertain
compliance with approved plans and specifications.
II. TIMELINE
The Architect’s fee, in consideration of the above stated services, shall be a lump sum
amount of SIX HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY
(P 640,000.00 ) exclusive of VAT and TAX.

3. 25% of the Architect’s Fee amounting to P 160,000.00 shall be paid for the
progress billing within the construction period monthly.
4. 20% of the Architect’s Fee amounting to P 128,000.00 shall be paid for the
progress billing within the construction period monthly.
5. 10% of the Professional Fee amounting to P 64,000.00 shall be paid for the
progress billing within the construction period monthly.

6. Payments must be remitted by cash, bank wire or certified and must be made
payable to Ar.Erl John O. Mago or Ianthe Vernette Ison or EI. ARCHITECTS.
7. Upon signing of contract agreement by both parties, the Client shall issue the
release of the first payment together with the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
V. OWNERSHIP OF DOCUMENTS
