KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

do hereby name, constitute, and appoint __________________________, likewise of

sale of the above described motorcycle including all documents incidental to or as
may be necessary to give effect to the foregoing.

3. To get and receive payments whether in cash or in check and sign the receipts as
evidence of the receipt of full payment for the sale of the said motorcycle.

4. To perform all other acts as may be necessary for the accomplishment of the above
purpose

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority/consent whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in and about
the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could do if personally
present and hereby, ratifying and confirming all that our said attorney shall lawfully do or
cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
