This site provides you with the ability to review and accept the applicable terms for an order
placed by you for Oracle programs and/or services with your partner. Oracle programs and
services are governed by these terms. In order to complete your order with the partner and to
use the Oracle programs and/or services, you must review these terms and confirm your
agreement that the programs/services will be subject to them.

Transactional Cloud Serivce Agreement ("TCSA")

Please confirm that the information below, including your company´s tax information, provided
by the partner is correct. If any information is incorrect, please update (where allowed) and
provide your partner with the corrected information. You may also decline the request.

accept these terms on its behalf and that these terms shall govern your company’s use of
the Oracle programs and/or services ordered.

If your company has not granted you the authority to accept these terms on its behalf, or if you

your use of the Oracle programs and/or services that you ordered.

The partner will also be notified that you have accepted these terms. In your acceptance
confirmation email, you will be provided with a Registration Key that the partner must use when
placing the order on your behalf with Oracle. The Registration Key is valid for 90 days from the
date you have accepted these terms.

If you do not accept these terms, then the partner will not be able to place the order on your
behalf and you may not use the Oracle programs and/or services therein.

Additional Information

Online Transactional OMA (O-TOMA):

The Transactional OMA (TOMA) is only valid along with the respective order it was placed with,
hence needs to be accepted again for any future orders through an Oracle partner.

Transactional Cloud Services Agreement (TCSA):

The Transactional Cloud Services Agreement (TCSA) is only valid along with the respective order
it was placed with, hence needs to be accepted again for any future orders through an Oracle
partner.

Hospitality Transactional Oracle Master Agreement (HGBU TOMA):

The Oracle Hospitality Transactional OMA (HGBU TOMA) is only valid along with the respective
order it was placed with, hence needs to be accepted again for any future orders through an
Oracle partner.

Online License Definitions and Rules (O-LDR):

The License Definitions and Rules are Oracle’s terms that govern the end user’s use of the
licenses and services that they are buying. The License Definitions and Rules (LDR) are
incorporated in the Transactional OMA (TOMA).
