Thanksgiving Dinner Math Activity

You and your group have been chosen to cook Thanksgiving Dinner. There are going to be 10 people at
the dinner. The prices are listed below for the items that you MIGHT want to include. In the table, it will
also tell you how many people can be served by one item. You do not have to use each item, but should
have at least have eight different items on your menu. You may purchase enough to have “leftovers” or
“extras” to allow your guests to have a second helping of any or all items.

The Assignment: Plan a menu for your Thanksgiving Dinner. Create a poster showing what your food
choices are and how much the entire meal will cost. Be creative and neat.
