Course Work for PhD.

 Programme 
As per norms of UGC, an entrance test for Ph.D. scholar is essential. Entrance test is being 
conducted by the University for all subjects, which are approved by the University and also 
approved in Research Centers. The applications for entrance test is being submitted by the 
scholar  to  the  approved  Research  Centers,  which  is  forwarded  to  the  University  .  The 
relaxation is given in written test as per modified ordinance for Doctor of Philosophy. On 
the  basis  of  the  results  of  written  test  and  the  relaxation  to  the  eligible  candidates,  the 
personal  interview  is  being  conducted,  in  which,  the  candidates  give  presentation  before 
the experts of the subject. And thereafter the course wise result for eligible candidates are 
declared  .  The  eligible  candidate  takes  admission  for  a  course  work  of  one  semester    in 
respective research centers, from where, there applications are forwarded. During course 
work the following papers are being taught . 

A. Research Methodology and Computer Application.‐(Coomon to all) Theory. 
B. Term Paper‐(Subject Specific) 
C. Term Paper‐II. ‐(Subject Specific) 
D. Literature Review. 

  The Supervisors for the concern subject is being provided by the Research Centers 
and training for the research work and preparation of Synopsis by the scholars are being 
prepared under the guidance of their respective supervisors. On successful completion of 
the course work, one written test is conducted by University for Research Methodology and 
Computer Applications.  On declaration of its result, the elibile candidates has to appear 
before the Research Degree Committee of the respective subject for giving presentation of 
the synopsis. And after the approval of the topic, they are being registered for PhD degree.
