Chapter Ⅰ Introduction of Handbook
Article 1 To create a good environment for employees and show
employees spirits striving to make progress, these provisions were made.
Our purpose is to build a "unity, efficient, professional" elite team for JC
(Cambodia) International Airlines, hereinafter refer to as JCA.
Article 2 All employees should obey all the provisions.
Chapter II Professional Accomplishment
Article 3 JCA’s Employee should be honest, faithful, carefully,
willingness in working, and be earnest and responsible person.
Article 4 With high enthusiasm, good professional ethnics, such as
team spirit and strong collective sense to the work, employees should
have the courage to accept challenges and solve difficult problems under
the high pressure.
Article 5 Have an innovation spirit, be willing to learn, focus on
individual's continuous improvement.
Article 6 Pay attention to words and deeds when communicate with
customers and guests, show good mental outlook, improve the company's
reputation.
Chapter Ⅲ Time Table
Article 7 The working hours for administrative employees are as
follows:
1) Workday is from Monday to Friday
2) Work time starts from 08:30 to 17:30
3) One hour for lunch break is from 12:00 to 13:00
Article 8 Cabin crew, pilots, maintenance and ground handling
employees follow the shift work. The detailed arrangement will be
provided by their leaders.
Chapter Ⅳ Office Discipline
Article 9 Employees should strictly follow the working hours and
can’t be late or leave in advance.
Article 10 Employees should focus on their work instead of doing
other things, can’t chat or talk loudly in corridor, work without alcohol or
alcoholic beverages and do not smoke in the office room.
Article 11 Employees shall not be allowed to leave their posts
without inform their leader in charge, also the manager is the same. The
details of employees’ leave refer to JC Airlines Leave & Holiday
Management Regulations.
Article 12 Please turn off all the power switches, including router,
air conditioning, etc., and also doors and windows whenever you are
not in office.
Article 13 Keep office area clean, healthy and neat, and the
important documents carefully.
Article 14 Don’t flip other people’s computer, documents, etc
without permission.
Chapter Ⅴ Dressing Etiquette
Article 15 In working time, employees should wear business suits
and name tags, pay attention to personal hygiene and keep office clean.
Chapter Ⅵ Telephone Etiquette
Article 16 The employee's mobile phone must keep the power on for
24 hours, either during work or during breaks.
Article 17 It is strictly forbidden to use the company telephone for
private use.
Article 18 When answering or making a call, employees should pay
attention to the courtesy and use the standard greeting: "Hello, this is JC
(Cambodia) International Airlines Co., Ltd. ...".
Chapter Ⅶ Conference
Article 19 Employees should participate during the conference in
accordance with the provisions of the company, and shall not be late or
leave without permission of host.
Article 20 The phone should be muted during the conference.
Article 21 Conference host needs to prepare well in advance and
control the meeting time to improve the efficiency of the meeting.
Article 22 The recorder must record the minutes.
Chapter Ⅷ Management of Office Goods
Article 23 All the office goods should be in safekeeping and be
economical in use.
Article 24 Employees need to fill in the purchase form at first and
received the goods after the approval process. Once the approval process
finished, the Comprehensive Department will purchase and inform
employees to receive. Office stationery can be applied directly with the
Comprehensive Department after the registration. Large and expensive
equipment will be purchased according to demand and departmental
configuration.
Chapter Ⅸ Business Travel
Article 25 Employees must submit the application form in advance
before business travel to inform the department heads or leaders in charge.
The application will take effect after the approval process. Employee
should inform their leaders when travel back in a timely manner, if not
timely report, it will be considered as absenteeism.
Article 26 Reimbursement standards are implemented in accordance
with the Reimbursement Regulations of JC Business Travel.
Chapter Ⅹ Leave
Article 27 Employees must submit an application form in advance
before asking for a leave to inform the department heads or leaders in
charge. The application will take effect after the approval process.
Employees should inform their leaders when travel back in a timely
manner, if not timely report, it will be considered as absenteeism.
Article 28 Leave standards are implemented in accordance with the
JC Airlines Leave Management.
Chapter Ⅺ Confidential management
Article 29 Employees should keep their own work information, do
not lost and leaked the documents from JC Airlines.
Article 30 Confidential documents must be shredded.
Article 31 It is strictly forbidden to disclose company’s confidential
documents in public place or private communication and to transmit
company’s secrets in any other way.
Article 32 It is strictly forbidden to force others to break
confidentiality rules.
Chapter Ⅻ Supplementary Provisions
Article 33 In case of violation to these Provisions, JCA shall handle
the case in accordance with its situation and seriousness to punish with
criticism, suspension and dismissal.
Article 34 For other matters not covered by this regulation, please
refer to other relevant rules and regulations of the company.
Article 35 These Provisions shall come into force on the date of
promulgation.
