Working principle:
The pressurized solar water heater utilizes the coating of the vacuum tube to transfer absorbed
sunlight radiation into heat energy, by means of copper heat pipe inside vacuum tube to
transmit heat into the water tank quickly and warm up water temperature in the tank.

the cool water is forever below the hot water, so the water in the left tank is always hot. But
other non-pressure solar water heaters are different. When the cold water is put into the
collector, it flows into the hot water and mixes with hot water directly. So the temperature
falls down quickly. The electric heater is in the left tank. When it is needed, only the water
in this tank is heated, so it will be heated very quickly and the electricity is saved.

BABYSUN HOT WATER PROJECT AND PHOTOVOLTAIC PRODUCT

Description:
The working principle of BABYSUN non-pressure all glass vacuum tube solar collector is
the same as thermosiphon solar water heater. The BABYSUN large scale central solar
heating system is made up by non-pressure solar collector, tank, controller system,
electromagnetic valve, circulating pump, appurtenances and so on. Its principle is that
collector makes cold water become warm and then the water flow to the tank by circulating
pump.
