To use the Afuwin Flash Utility under Windows 7 or Vista, you must first disable the UAC setting and restart. Then copy the Afuwin folder to the desktop, open Afuwin.exe, load the BIOS file, select to program all blocks without restarting after, and flash and exit. Restart the system to complete the BIOS update.

How to use Afuwin Flash Utility?

(Not e1: The first two steps are only available when using AFUWIN to flash B IOS under
Windows 7.)
1. Enter control panel and turn off the (UA C) item as below.

2. Restart the system.


(Not e2: The three four steps are only available when using AFUWIN to flas h BIOS under
Vista.)
3. Enter control panel and turn off/uncheck the (UA C) item as below.

4. Press “Restart ”.

5. Copy the “AFUWIN” folder onto desktop of Windows.

6. Select & execute the “AFUWIN.exe” and press “OK”.


7. 5. Following below steps,
7-1. Press “Open” and load BIOS “.ROM” file.

7-2. The default screen of AFUW IN flash utility.


7-3. Select “Program All Blocks” & uncheck “Restart Aft er Programming”

7-4. Press “Flas h”.

7-5. Press “Exit” and restart the system.
