GENERAL OVERVIEW  [SEED THE SERIES]

OVERVIEW
It's Lost meets Battlestar Galactica, wrapped up in The X-Files!

SEED is a brand new sci-fi series currently in development. It

will have all the mystery and intrigue that made Lost so much fun
to watch. It will have the sci-fi appeal of shows like Battlestar
Galactica and Star Trek, which (among other things) affords us
the opportunity to make social, political and religious
commentary in a non-offensive way, while at the same time
revealing concepts and ideas that stimulate the mind to explore the “what ifs” in life. The series
will also explore ideas concerning aliens, the paranormal and supernatural, as well as mind-
control, transhumanism, conspiracy theories and matters of time/space travel – much the same
way shows such as The X-Files, Fringe, V, Doll House, Almost Human and Continuum have
done and are doing. But what makes SEED so different is the vast amount of research that
forms the foundation of the series - research that comes from ancient texts that foretell our
future. In short, SEED will explore truth that is stranger than fiction – revealing the fact that:

“The keys to understanding the FUTURE LIE buried in the past.”

WHY SEED – WHY NOW?

No doubt about it, we live in uncertain times filled with bizarre events and apocalyptic
predictions for our near future. Strange and unusual activity has been happening on the earth
and in our solar system. Pole shifts, ghosts, aliens, thousands of dead birds falling from the sky,
millions of dead fish being found beached on the shore, massive sink holes and UFO sightings all
seem to be filling the news these days.

As people are confronted with these strange and the terrifying events, they often seek answers
in the Divine. Not surprising, those answers can be found in a text that Christian, Jew, Muslim,
Pagan and even Atheist can all respect, if for no other reason than for the universality of its
content. We're talking about the Book  of  Genesis. It is the book that talks about Creation, a
Universal Flood, and the act of the “sons of God” coming down and mating with the daughters
of men (Genesis 6:1-4), which created a super-human-hybrid race known as the Nephilim
(creatures that the History Channel likes to refer to as “Ancient Aliens”). Every culture on the
planet has some sort of belief and understanding of those three themes… and SEED aims to
take advantage of this fact.

However, just because we are talking about biblical themes, that does not mean we are talking
about being the next Left Behind or Touched by an Angel series. No…

SEED will not be “religious” in nature.

King’s Gate Media, LLC 4
GENERAL OVERVIEW  [SEED THE SERIES]

If you think more along the lines of Lord of the Rings, Knowing  and The Book of Eli you will
have a better idea of what we are attempting and how our stories will be presented. Thus,
SEED will not be any more “preachy” than shows like: Caprica, Battlestar Galactica, Star
Trek, Stargate, Fringe, Falling Skies, Jeremiah, The 4400, V, Flash Forward, Lost or Millennium
were. Each of these shows depicted similar themes and ideas in one form or another, in the
same manner that we will be exploring them.

A series like this doesn’t come along very often. This is a powerful story rooted in ancient
prophetic texts and powerful/mysterious historic themes, all of which have relevance to the
events and culture of our day. As people watch SEED, they will be exposed to “seeds” that have
been planted in their minds, which will cause them to seek truth out for themselves. Thus, SEED will
be much more than just a cool series to watch, it will become an “experience.”

GENERAL OVERVIEW  [SEED THE SERIES]

THE PROJECT
SEED the  series is our proposed hour long, dramatic,
live-action, science-fiction series that will span 6 seasons
with 12 episodes per season. It is designed to appeal to a
broad audience with a story that is thought-provoking,
intriguing and original. We intend to do this as an
independent project so that we can retain total creative
control of the content. We also intend to self-distribute
via our Internet “channel,” www.se3d.tv.

Shooting SEED the series in Dallas, TX as opposed to Los Angeles, CA will enable us to create

high-quality production value at a fraction of the cost of comparable subject matter. The
estimated budget per episode is $1 million. Most shows of similar genre are produced for $2
million (or more) per episode. But we believe we can achieve the same production value for a
fraction of that cost by shooting the series with the people and available resources here in
Texas. More information about our team of professionals is in the extended Business Plan,
available upon written request.

It All Starts with the Screenplay

One of the more successful authors whose work has made it from print to the big screen is Dan
Brown. In the Special Features section of the “Angels and Demons” DVD, director Ron Howard
talks about what makes those books and movies so successful:

“What’s great about the stories Dan Brown creates is that they stimulate so
much curiosity, discussion and research.  Everybody  I  know  who  gets
involved with the project… it drives them to the library, it sends them to the
Internet…  they  want  to explore  the Illuminati. And there’s so much written
about  it.  It’s  fascinating  stuff  and  it’s  the  kind  of  thing  that  leads  to  a
fascinating set of clues and a great mystery.” – Ron Howard

SEED the series is based on a tremendous amount of research and contains themes relevant
to both ancient times as well as events of our day. It is largely based on the following quote
from Jesus Christ concerning the End of Days:

“As it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be at the coming of the Son of Man.”

– Jesus Christ, 33 AD
(Matthew 24:37)

King’s Gate Media, LLC 7
GENERAL OVERVIEW  [SEED THE SERIES]

If we are to believe that we are living in the End of Days and Jesus prophesied that our days are
going to be “as it was in the days of Noah” then we need to look at what was going on in the
950 years of Noah’s life! Genesis and a number of other ancient texts tell us what those days
were like.

As you can see, lots of strange and bizarre events took place in that time period. These are the
things that became the foundation for every myth and legend on the planet concerning gods,
strange mythological creatures and hybrid beasts.

SEED the series will be the first production to explore those things in an entertaining and yet
educational format, written in a way that is not preachy, but rather intriguing, fascinating and
done in the same fashion that makes Dan Brown’s stories so interesting… and marketable.

Could it really be that the keys to the future lie buried in the past?

GENERAL OVERVIEW  [SEED THE SERIES]

SEED the series: Synopsis of Scripts 1,2 and 3, written by Rob Skiba II

The Pilot Episode is called, “Yesterday Today Was Tomorrow.” Episode 2 is called, “They Walk

Among Us” and Episode 3 is called, “The Casket.” After the Pilot sets the stage for the rest of
the series, each episode picks up where the previous one left off.

Episode 1: “Yesterday Today Was Tomorrow”

“Yesterday  Today  Was  Tomorrow” establishes our main characters, Captain Zachariah “Zak”
Randall and Jessica Caine as two people engaged to be married as soon as Zak finishes the last
leg of his tour in Iraq, circa 2002. But that mission will prove to be a life-changing event for both
of them.

Zak and his team were sent to Iraq on a secret mission to find weapons of mass destruction -
but what they end up finding is far worse than anything a ruthless dictator could stockpile.
Using ground penetrating radar, Zak leads his team into an underground tunnel that was
discovered deep inside a hillside in a remote desert region of Nippur, Iraq. What started out as
a routine search for weapons, turns into a very intriguing mystery involving strange, ancient
artifacts and a sealed cave that was never meant to be opened.

King’s Gate Media, LLC 9
GENERAL OVERVIEW  [SEED THE SERIES]

After a terrifying encounter with the imprisoned fallen angel Azazel, Zak's team gets wiped out
and he barely escapes with his life. Emerging from the cave of Dudael, a badly wounded Zak is
met by a wizard-like Bedouin who heals him, but then mysteriously transports him out of time
and space.

Zak returns seven and a half years later (on July 11th, 2010) only to find himself in an Arizona
desert region, two hours north of Tucson, totally confused and disconnected from all he knew
and loved. His quest to find answers begins here. Using whatever means are available, Zak
makes his way from the remote desert region down to Tombstone, Arizona, where he meets
with his very surprise father, retired Colonel Grant Randall.

Meanwhile, believing Zak was killed in Iraq , his (former)

fiancée Jessica Caine has moved on with her life. She is a
reporter with the Dallas Morning News. Together with staff
photographer, Sam Hernandez, they end up following a lead
on a story that takes them to the Hick's farm in northern TX.
There, they discover a very large crop circle formation.
Things get even stranger when Sam discovers that this
formation, which appeared on July 11, 2010 looks exactly
like the famous "pictogram" which appeared in Wiltshire,
England twenty years prior - to the day!

The military shows up at the Hick's farm with intentions of

removing all traces of this crop circle. But someone or
something doesn't want it destroyed. Among other things,
the crop circles can heal physical ailments and they also
seem to have a power that draws people to them. Jessica is
one such person.

Jessica’s connection to this crop circle goes much deeper than the fascination of a news
reporter. The last thing we see is a young man named Immanuel walking down a long hallway in
the secret, underground, military base at Dulce, New Mexico. We follow him down another
hallway that leads to a series of containment cells. There, we see that each one contains
strange animal-human hybrid creatures and pregnant women being held against their will. One
of them is Jessica Caine!

GENERAL OVERVIEW  [SEED THE SERIES]

Episode 2: “THEY WALK AMONG US”

Episode 2 picks up where we left off. After finally finding his way to his father, retired Colonel
Grant Randall’s house in Tombstone, AZ, Zak is given instructions and the keys to a very nice,
fully restored 70’s era muscle car. At his father’s insistence, Zak drives to Portal, AZ where he
will spend the night, safe from those who may come looking for him.

The Agartha Mission that ended so badly in the Iraqi desert back in 2002 was the brainchild of
General Victor Karydis. For the past seven and a half years there have been only unanswered
questions about what really happened out there on that fateful night. So, when the general
finds out that Zak is alive he becomes obsessed with capturing him.

But the Department of Defense is not the only one interested

Zak. The plot thickens when a beautiful, seductive woman
named, Semjase shows up in Zak’s cabin the next morning.
She takes him away from there and leads him to a secret
research facility in the Arizona desert.

Meanwhile, Jessie has been returned to her apartment,

having no memory of ever being abducted. Later, together
again with Sam, they continue their investigation of the
mysterious crop circle that has now become a “healing zone.”

Episode 2 also introduces two new characters: Jessica’s brother Seth, and Christy Kim.

Seth, for reasons as yet unknown is living in a mental health facility with an acute case of
glossolalia. His strange tongues draw the attention of Dr. Ibrahim Sadozai, a specialist in brain
neurology. After observing Seth and his father, Dr. Sadozai offers to help.

Christy Kim is a disciple of the mysterious Bedouin. She gets assigned to help Zak who has
become the unwitting prisoner of Semjase and Dr. Otto Traub, the leader of the secret Arizona
research facility. A master at martial arts, Christy also has the unusual ability of making herself
invisible with the aide of special technology given to her by the Bedouin. Using this technology,
she manages to infiltrate the facility and enter Zak’s room undetected.

Unaware of the true horrors that take place in the

underground labs, Zak agrees to go with Semjase to
a formal banquet, where he is to be the main
subject of discussion. The last thing we see is a
terrifying room housing an ancient Egyptian device
that can literally rip a human soul out of their body
and place it into a containment cell.

King’s Gate Media, LLC 11
GENERAL OVERVIEW  [SEED THE SERIES]

Episode 3: “THE CASKET”

Episode 3 takes us even deeper into

the mystery and intrigue of SEED the
series.  This episode starts with a look
at Mt. Hermon in Southern Lebanon,
circa 3500 BC. This is the time when
the Watchers first descended and
mated with women, the result of
which produces an angel-human
hybrid known as the Nephilim.

We cut away from that ancient time period and jump

forward to the year 1940 where we see that Henry Wallace
is now the Vice President of the United States. He is
celebrating the recent election when an old friend pays him
a visit. His “guru,” the eccentric Nicholas Roerich gives him a
small “casket” before leaving. Within moments, men dressed
in modern SWAT uniforms bust into Wallace’s office and
take the casket from him… handing it to a mysterious bald
headed man standing as a silhouette in the doorway.

The tall, balding man next appears in 2010 knocking on the

door of General Karydis’ lab in the deep underground
military base (D.U.M.B.) at Dulce, New Mexico. The general
who had been standing over the torso of a 15 foot giant
takes the casket from his mysterious guest. After the other
man leaves, the general sits in front of a liquid filled tank
that contains something large and hairy. Once in front of the
tank, the casket begins to shake and opens with a burst of
blinding light.

Meanwhile, the plot thickens when Zak’s father and brother have his body exhumed. If this
body is really Zak, then who is this person who has appeared out of nowhere after more than 7
years of being presumed dead?

Together with Semjase, and Dr. Traub, Zak enters a high-speed, underground train. In less than
an hour they arrive in Washington, DC, where they will be attending a conference of elite
scientists and military personnel all gathered together to discuss the concept of the “Time
Scrubber” – a theoretical being that appears to be messing with the timeline of humanity. Zak is
the first tangible proof that this theory is valid. But is this really Zak Randall?

Season 1 of SEED the  series will deal primarily with the subject of time travel – and Zak is
exhibit A. We will begin to explore this deeper in this particular episode. As such, Episode 3 is
King’s Gate Media, LLC 12
GENERAL OVERVIEW  [SEED THE SERIES]

meant to be the “proof of concept” episode both for the season as well as for the Online
Distribution Model (available upon request in the Business Plan) in general.

Screenplay Rights

SEED  is an original series and the first three screenplays were written by Rob Skiba II (with
story idea contributions for Episode 3 by David Randall). Currently these stories are all the
intellectual property of Rob Skiba II and King’s Gate Media, LLC ©2010 – 2013 and registered
with the WGA. The script rights are to be obtained with funds from the Pre-Production Budget
(available in the Business Plan).

The Actors

We simply will not start shooting until we have the right people to make a popular and
profitable series. The budget includes sufficient funds to bring in a few Hollywood/New York
actors. Although we would like to attach at least 1 or 2 “names” to the project, we are really
just looking for really talented people who will fit the part. The following set of pictures shows
actors who fit the “look” for some of the described characters in the first two episodes.

(NOTE: For demonstration purposes only. None of these actors are attached to this project).

The Right Director

We have a number of people in mind for this role and will be contacting them soon in an effort
to get at least one attached to do the first three episodes. The following represents our “wish
list” of preferred, professional TV directors who understand and/or have worked in this genre
before:

 Scott  Peters – Canadian television producer, director, screenwriter and executive

producer known for his work on shows like: The 4400, V and Jericho.
 Jack Bender – Television director, producer, actor, screenwriter, film director known for
his work on shows like Lost, Boston Public, The Sopranos,
 Jonathan Frakes – Television and film director, producer, actor known for his work on
Star Trek: The Next Generation (TV and movies) and Beyond Belief: Fact or Fiction.

Judging from their previous work, any one of those could take SEED where it needs to go and
set the tone for the rest of the series. We believe it is worth the investment to start the series
off with a bang and as such, attaching an experienced TV director is going to be a priority.

GENERAL OVERVIEW  [SEED THE SERIES]

SEED  the  Graphic Novel
Realizing that there are many different markets
available for content such as this, we have
contracted with various artists (literally from around
the world) to produce each act of our SEED scripts
as individual comic books. There are a total of 5 Acts
plus a Teaser per script, so each scripted episode
will generate a total of 6 comic books. After the
final Act has been produced as an individual issue,
we will assemble all 6 into one Graphic Novel. In
this way, we can maximize profits by offering a total
of 7 different products per completed script! The
image to the right represents the early
development sketches for our two main characters,
Zak and Jessie.

With so many different ways to market SEED  the

series, we believe that it has the potential to be an
instant success!

INDUSTRY ANALYSIS

Movies:  SCI-FI and Fantasy Films Are Big Business!

According to the industry web site for Box Office Mojo, by the end of 2011, the U.S. box offices
have grossed $9.4 billion. By the end of 2012, the gross had jumped to nearly $11 billion! This
proves Americans sure love their movies. But what kind of movies do they love most?

The top grossing movies of the last ten years were:

 2012: Marvel’s The Avengers

 2011: Harry Potter: Deathly Hallows
 2010: Toy Story 3
 2009: Avatar
 2008: The Dark Knight
 2007: Spider-Man 3
 2006: Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest
 2005: Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith
 2004: Shrek 2 and
 2003: Lord of the Rings: Return of the King and

King’s Gate Media, LLC 15
GENERAL OVERVIEW  [SEED THE SERIES]

With the exception of only a few, the worldwide gross for #1 movies includes the same list,
with Avatar being the highest grossing film at $2.7  billion! As of May, 2013, Iron Man 3 is
topping the charts at a worldwide gross of $980 million and that number is still growing! What
does this tell us? Well, for starters, it indicates that fantasy and science fiction are the two #1
best-selling genres for movies all around the world!

SEED perfectly fits both genres!

While the above list represents movies made by major studios, the market for independent
films has expanded tremendously in the last few years amounting to worldwide grosses of over
$1.5 billion. The age of digital cameras and sound equipment combined with incredibly
versatile, off-the-shelf software makes it possible to create high quality films and special effects
at lower costs, which can thus generate higher returns.

The success of 1999’s ultra-low-budget horror film,

The  Blair Witch Project, which earned over $200
million in worldwide revenue, revolutionized how
studios and distributors look at the production and
marketing of films. The same can be said about the
more recent independent film, Paranormal Activity
(2007), which was made for just $15,000. It grossed
$183 million worldwide and has even spun off sequels!

Comparable Film Projects
Film  Year Budget USA GROSS WORLDWIDE
The Objective  2008 $4 Million $95 Million ??
Percy Jackson Lightning Thief  2010 $95 Million $89 Million $227 Million
Clash of the Titans  2010 $125 Million $163 Million $492 Million
Thor  2011 $150 Million $181 Million $449 Million
The X‐Files (1st movie)  1998 $66 Million $84 Million $187 Million
The Matrix  1999 $63 Million $171 Million $456 Million

These films were selected because each one has certain elements that
can be found in SEED the  series. Probably the closest one in terms of
both concept and content is the independently produced, low budget,
Sci-Fi horror film, The Objective, which was made for just $4 million and
yet brought in a domestic gross of over $95 million in 2008! Our projected
budget to do the first three episodes of SEED is about $4.2 million.

These movies also show the kind of profit potential for this kind of subject
matter and serve as an indicator that our project does indeed have the
market appeal that we think it does.

PRE-DISTRIBUTION MARKETING STRATEGY

Public Speaking

Since 2010, Rob has been doing numerous Internet radio talk show interviews and has become
a regular speaker at large venue events, such as the First and Second Annual Future Congress
of Emerging Threats and Challenges, the First Annual Prophecy Summit, The Chicago Summit
3 conferences and more.

Rob and Sheila have been on the conference circuit,

literally traveling the world speaking to thousands of
people about the non-fiction material, which forms the
foundation for SEED the series.

Not only has this helped us to promote SEED but it has also
enabled us to develop lasting relationships with a wide
variety of scholars and researchers, who have agreed to
consult with us on the various concepts that will be
portrayed in SEED.

Prophecy in the News
As a result of the success we had at the first Future
Congress in 2011, Rob was asked to be a guest on
Prophecy in the News with Gary Stearman. Gary did
four different interviews with Rob: 2 ten minute Daily
Updates and two half-hour shows all dealing with the
non-fiction behind the fiction of SEED the series. After
the first episode aired, we received the following
response from Prophecy in the News’ COO, Bob Ulrich:

King’s Gate Media, LLC 17
GENERAL OVERVIEW  [SEED THE SERIES]

"We had one of our biggest weekends ever!  Incredible  response  to  the  first  program.
They  are  beating  down  our  doors  and  we  are  all  out  of  product.  I  think  we  sold  93
packages just yesterday. We may go through 1,000's of these before we're through."
- Bob Ulrich
COO, Prophecy in the News
Research DVD Sales

The Prophecy in the News interviews
led to a great deal of DVD sales! They
packaged two of Rob’s teachings up
with one of theirs (on the ancient Book
of  Enoch) and we sold nearly 3,000
DVDs in the first 45 days! These DVDs
are still very popular, selling in several
different venues to this day.

Other retail outlets such as Cutting

Edge Ministries in South Carolina and
Kanaan Ministries in Cape Town,
South Africa have picked up our
products, with more outlets being added and no end in sight!

So far, we have produced seven primary DVDs and one promotional DVD that we give away
with certain package deals such as our most popular collection above (which includes our first
two presentations packaged as a Double-Feature). These products are very popular, which only
proves that there is a real hunger for the material and that we have a built-in audience just
waiting for SEED the series!

GENERAL OVERVIEW  [SEED THE SERIES]

Rob Skiba is an experienced, on-camera talent who has been in all forms of media since 1986,
appearing in print and on the stage as well as speaking on radio and television as a subject
matter expert. His public speaking skills make him an excellent spokesperson for this project.
His online presence in social media provides another venue for Pre-Distribution Marketing. Rob
is now and will continue to appear on stage, in magazines, on radio shows, and on television
along with other like-minded professionals promoting SEED the series, the research behind it
and discussing culturally relevant topics related to the project. All of this activity continues to
increase the size of our audience.

Special Interest Groups
This  project  has  broad  appeal  and  large  built‐in  special  interest  groups.  Segments of this
group are well organized and eager to see an episodic series that portrays the truth about the
strange and paranormal events churches are too afraid to explore and the secular market is too

a Star Trek  or Sci-Fi  convention, you know
that science fiction fans are rabid! They
absolutely love their favorite shows! Sci-Fi
fans of all ages will create their own fan-
based web sites, dress up as their favorite
characters, demand the latest game or toy
for Christmas, buy just about anything that
has their favorite characters emblazoned
on it and literally immerse themselves in
that world. Conventions of that nature are
fertile ground for “sowing seed.”

 Paranormal Talk Shows Late night talk radio is literally filled with hosts talking to people
about the strange, paranormal and unusual. Rob has already been making the rounds on
a number of such shows and will continue to do so. Every time he gets on a show, his
audience grows larger.

 Prophecy Clubs Anyone interested in discussions about the Last Days and what may lie
ahead for the human race as we get closer to the end of life as we know it will naturally
find themselves gravitating toward SEED the series.

 UFO  –  MUFON  –  Alien  Abduction  Magazines,
Seminars and Conferences As UFO sightings continue
to increase around the world, more and more people
are beginning to talk about what they have seen
and/or experienced. Much like The X-Files, SEED will
be exploring these topics on a regular basis.

GENERAL OVERVIEW  [SEED THE SERIES]

 Conspiracy Networks Who doesn’t like a good conspiracy tale? It gets the gears turning.
It causes people to ask questions. It stirs debate. There are plenty of conspiracies afoot
these days - and plenty of people meeting to talk about them too! SEED will certainly
have a lot of conspiracies laced throughout the series. As such, it is sure to become an
oft-quoted show amongst the conspiracy theorists and talking heads.

 Church Groups While SEED the series is not meant to be a Christian television series, it
will none-the-less provide great talking points for Church groups. Although set in a sci-fi
framework, the series will deal with real struggles by real people, asking questions you
won’t find answers to in most churches today. In this way, SEED can be used as an
entertaining, yet educational and thought provoking out-reach program.

“Great filmmaking is a complicated, multi‐faceted endeavor that can’t be oversimplified.
While great marketing is as important an aspect of successful Christian films as who is
involved in the production, it isn’t necessarily about how much money filmmakers spend
on their productions that is the key to success. It is about telling stories about real people
in  real‐life  struggles  in  a  way  that  enables  viewers  to  discern  for  themselves  the  real
answers to life’s most difficult questions and situations.”
