MR. ALFONSO TUASON AND SONS

Arlegue St., Quiapo, Manila

Dear Sir/s:

Good day in the name of our lord Jesus Christ!

This is in connection to our letter of plea to you dated August 23, 2017. In behalf of
the other food court stall owners in your lot, I am begging on your good heart to please
extend our rents to at least until December of this year.

Currently, we are still looking for a prospective area for us to transfer. That is why
we are pleading that you give us another time to make things done.

We are really saddened by your decision but we are still respecting that. Our only
request is for us to extend another 3 months to at least recover the expenses for putting up
our stalls while looking for another location. We promise to make everything clear but
please allow us to extend our tenancy to at least 3 more months.

In the spirit of Christmas which is fast approaching, I hope you would consider our
fervent favor, sir. I, together with my fellow tenants, would be more than glad if you could
allow us to stay until the end of this year.

Thank you and God bless your generous heart.

Sincerely yours,

MRS. NEMIA GONZALES

Tenant
