Hello kids,
It’s time for mangoes, watermelons, ice-creams, lemonades,
nades, and lots of fun ! Summer
vacation is a welcome break from ffixed schedules, rules and regulations.Visiting
Visiting Nani house,
Dadi house, exploring new places and watching your favorite shows on television. But there
is a lot more you can do to make your holidays more interesting and meaningful along with
doing your masti. Your teachers have planned some inte interesting
g activities for you. So don’t
sleep till late in the morning.. Try getting up early and go for morning walk with your
parents, breathe fresh air and avoid playing out in susun.
Guidelines :-
• Make a decorative folder to keep all your holidays home wor
work.
• Do all activity work on A-44 size sheet.
• Written work of all subjects to be done in 3 in 1 copy.
• Take printout of worksheets.

ACTIVITY-1
Read following English story books
a) Pinocchio (b)Cinderella (c) The little Red Riding Hood (d) Aladdin
Select a character from each book, draw or paste picture and write about 7--8 lines on it.
ACTIVITY-2
Write any 10 difficultt words from the English stories (given above).Write their meanings and
frame one sentence each.
ACTIVITY-3
Make picture cards (size – 7″x7″)) of any simple English story of your own choice
(Maximum 6 cards) with moral value.
ACTIVITY-4
पंचतं या हतोपदे श क कोई भी एक ह,द- कहानी पढ़ो । उस कहानी से संबं1धत 1च बनाकर
कहानी का शीषक , उसम आए च र के नाम तथा उस कहानी से आपको 3या सीख मल-, लख ।

Make a creative collage depicting all the good habits to inculcate personal hygiene in day to
day life.
ACTIVITY-7
Make a hygiene kit to keep yourself clean which you carry along with you to school or
while travelling,which includes Paper soap, sanitizer ,cloth duster, handkerchief, Tissue
Paper etc
ACTIVITY-8
Celebrate Father’s day on 17th June. Make a collage/card of photographs (having you and
your father ) and write a few lines expressing your love for your father.
ACTIVITY-9
Make a scene using basic shapes (circle, square, rectangle, triangle etc).
ACTIVITY-10
Collect wrappers of any 4 food items e.g. biscuits, namkeens etc. and paste on A-3 sheet.
Note down the price and weight of food items (from wrappers) and then answer the
following questions:
a) Write the weight of food items in increasing/ascending order.
b) Write the cost of food items in decreasing/ descending order.
c) Add MRP (cost) of all food items.
d) Write total amount in words.
e) Write maximum weight and minimum weight.
WRITTEN WORK
English:
• Frame any 5 simple riddles on your own.
(Donot copy from google or book). Draw its picture and color it.
• Complete all the given worksheets
