We, the undersigned Geodetic Engineering students of Bicol University College of Engineering
are currently working on our research study which is a requirement in our undergraduate study.
Our research study is entitled, “Determining Potential Evacuation Shelter Sites: A Case
study in Legazpi City using GIS and AHP”.
In view of the fact that you are the head of the City Planning and Development Office of Legazpi
City, we would like to ask for your help in weighing the importance of each criteria/ factors to be
considered in Determining Potential Evacuation Shelter Sites. The criteria that we have
identified were Safety, Geographic Attributes (Slope), Accessibility and Service.
Attached herewith is the Questionnaire that we have prepared which is based from Analytic
Hierarchy Process (AHP) pairwise comparison.
