businesses before I stepped away and bravely launched a new business in
an industry I had no background in because I wanted to fucking change the
world. Admirable? Not so much.

Burned out. Working 150 strategies at once, bleeding and sweating for my
superwoman badge.
And then came the last straw and I said- Fuck this.
So I have.
It took me a whole year and a half to recover from my physical and emotional
burnout. Failure is depressing.
And I figured out “how” to have it all. Not 10 years from now. But NOW.
But I am free from that structure. Because I choose to be free. I can still be
effective.
I am also having fun creating my new business, which is about teaching you
how to realize more freedom in your life, while pursuing your biggest, boldest

I will not allow another visionary to feel held back because they believe they
do not have enough time or money or something else to realize their visions.

In phase one, we first make an extra 6-figures for you in the most aligned,

In phase 2, 3 and 4, we identify steps you can take phase-by-phase to get your

Add up the other expenses you already have, and adjust the Money part of the
mix accordingly so you always have enough and more.

After explaining what goes into each one, I also draw out the process for you so
you can see where the focus needs to be week-by-week.
Your Product: First, identify your passions, your strengths and your
interests. We’ll come back to this after we understand your people.
Your People: Identify your tribe. Now this sounds cliché but hear me out. You
have to describe the kind of person you know inside-out, whose challenges you
understand, with whom you feel a deep kinship. Most people make the mistake
of picking an audience that’s struggling, financially or otherwise. The trouble with
that is, people who are struggling cannot afford to pay you for your 5K product
no matter how much they want it. Without atleast a 5K product, targeted at the
right people, you cannot create sufficient financial leverage.
The key is for you is to define your people so that they can PAY you 5-10k for a
MINDBLOWING solution that you provide.
Can you define your audience as a group of people who can afford to buy a 5K
product from you, which offers them a game-changing solution? Now let’s feed
this back into your product.
Come up with a product that will accelerate a much desired result for your
people.
Your Price: This is where you really need to push your comfort zone on so many
levels and grow. Can you create a product that you can charge upwards of 5K?
Go back to your People and redefine who they are, so that they will pay you 5K.
Go back to your Product and challenge yourself to increase its value so that it is
worth 50k or more to your client. How can you make the product priceless to
your client?
Your Sales: Learn how to sell the easy way. When you can match the perfect
product to the perfect client at a price point that generates freedom in your life,
while creating a huge positive impact in your client’s, the sales process becomes
really easy. You’ve designed a self-selling product. Congratulations!
Tim Ferris says- Ask yourself: Are you inventing things for you to do, or are
you doing what is important?
Now, of course, most people feel so uncomfortable about selling they’d rather
hide behind their pretty websites, and blog posts and other online and offline
busy-ness.
Solution: Embrace the sales process and equip yourself with the best
strategy/script that helps you convert your people to buy your product. Simple.
Think of sales as value in and of itself.
Here are the 4 steps within the sales process that all big and small companies
run.
1- Generate leads. If you know your people, it is easy to generate leads via low
cost advertising on FB. It is easy to guest post on the few websites truly relevant
to your people, who demonstrate a need for your product and deliver a freebie
to them.
2, Get Appointments with people who sign up for your free offer
3- GIve your sales presentation by hitting your perfect client's painpoints,
delivering outstanding value and showing the positive and desirable contrast
that your product can deliver. Make a no-brainer offer.
4- Close sales And keep closing sales. In the beginning, you may convert fewer
leads. Keep going and measure your conversions as you go. Soon you'll convert
more and more leads.
What if you sold your product in batches, 3 or 4 times a year. Say 20 people
could join each cycle. And each cycle lasts say 8-weeks or less. This means you
have a distinct sales cycle and delivery cycle. The best products that work in this
type of situation are hands-on online courses, workshops and so on.
A client of mine is running a 7-day workshop at the filming of her movie’s trailer,
training people on various aspects of film-making on the sets. Suppose you
developed a video course with workbooks, so people could consume the
material from the course without you having to repeat your material over and
over.
Additionally, maybe you can offer 30-40 minute weekly touch-points to guide
them through their work and ensure they were on track with the course. That
takes you less than 15 hours a week. What do you do with remaining hours? You
can even choose to bring down 15-hour requirement further by offering more
group calls and fewer one-to-one calls.
Could you put 20 clients into your 5K program 4 times a year? What does that
add up to? 20x 5k x 4 = £400,000 Congratulations!
You have already crossed your goal of 250,000. It takes you 4-6 weeks to set it
up. You sell first before you create the course.
Then you deliver an outstanding program that totally enhances your people’s
lives/businesses. After your first round, definitely get a part-time VA on board to
help you manage your client communications and other bits and pieces you
cannot wait to hand-over. That frees us even more time.

Now maybe a time to jazz up your online identity, get a sexy website and a small
team of 1-2 people. Hire intelligently so that you free up more time to do what
you love best.
A warning on hiring:
Hire people who LOVE complementing your gifts so that you get more from
each person on your team. Definitely hire a project manager to ensure you hit
your income goals without burn-out. Do you need to hire a life coach or business
coach?
1. Seek out a few guest-posting opportunities on sites your people read and
generate leads to your list. If you are not a writer, just record your ideas and hire
a freelancer to write for you.
2. Sell one-to-many: This generates more qualified leads more quickly.
> Run webinars to your target audience. Check out Amy Porterfield’s course on
running webinars that convert. Sell a full-on digital product for 2k. Without
extensive 1-2-1 support. You can offer clients weekly FB live group support.
> Speak at your event and other people’s events to sell your 2k digital product
or or a 3 day seminar that sells a mastermind. IMPORTANT: Please invest in
training on selling from the stage if you have no experience with this. Let’s do the
math:
i). A few targeted Guest posts and focused PR activities can easily generate AT
LEAST 1000 people to your list. You can easily convert 20 more into your 5k
courses. 5kx20 = 100,000
ii). On Webinars you selling 2k product to a highly targeted audience plus 1000
people on your list. Convert 20 people 5 times a year. 2k x20 x 5= 200,000
iii). Get 100 people in the room for a 3-day seminar that at 2k. ENSURE you have
i nvested in training to sell from the stage. Let the seminar be a hands-on high
value implementation workshop. ( Revenue from seminar= 2kx100= 200,000)

20 people to buy 2k and 15 people to buy 20k mastermind. (20x2k +15x20k

That adds up to 200k+ 50k+ 40k +300k = 590K from one single event.
In phase 2, you have the opportunity to make anywhere from an extra 300k to
900k or more depending upon how much you wish to do. I’d say watch out for
burn-out and choose a strategy that is sane for you and matches your life goals.
Depending upon how crazy you want to go, you can do online and offline
launches once or twice a year to generate 1 million or more from one launch or
event. Just scale your FB ads reach to the right people and they will come and
buy. Add that to your other income generators and you have 2-3 millions in
revenue.
Phase 4: Automation
Also depending on how crazy you want to go, you can scale your ads to make
500K or more every month from your hands-off online evergreen courses. That
can add 5 million or more to your revenue stream.
Some of you will want to continue to mix live and automated strategies and have
a ball scaling it all further simply because you can. You will be quickly gearing
towards your 8 figures.
Others will choose to hold a steady income at 6 or 7 figures where they are
comfortable and instead scale fun and relaxation. They may go off on a tangent
and create their next thing, write a book, or even figure out how to make a movie
and just do it.
