The product described in the guidance was developed, manufactured and controlled consi-
dering the necessary safety reguirements.
The product must be installed properly to ensure a proper function and avoid danger for
persons and things.
Please read this installationguide inclusive safety instructions carefully.
Scope of supply:
Quantity article
1x Tuningbox
1x loom
1x Bridge plug
1x Fastening kit
1. Open the hood.
2.Turn the ignition off!
3.Remove the ignitionkey!
4.Close and lock all doors!
5.Do not open any doors while installing the tuning-
kit!
6.Wait 5 minutes before beginning the installation
In order to avoid damages at electronic vehicle com-
ponents, you have to be sure that you have done all
necessary methods for electostatic discharge .
Install the electronic in an waterproof and vibration-
less place. Do not make any changes at the tuning-
kit!
Do not expand or shorten the loom.

The chiptuning box is attached to the following points:
boost pressure sensor
manifold air pressure
camshaft position sensor (to reach over right (movement direction) wheel case )
Necassary tools:
Cutters, 30er torx key, 10er torx key, wheel removing tool
Preparation:
Move the individual strands of the cable loom to the associated plug connectors
Put the necessary tool for the side (if needs)
Put the mounting material to the side
To reach the maximum power min. Super Unleaded (98 RoZ) or better has to be refueled

1. preparation
1a To get to the sensor, you
should remove the , rear
spoiler and lock carrier.
First, remove the air filter
box.
The air filter box is only
clipped.
Then remove the cooling
1b fan.
The cooling fans are
simply clipped.

1. preparation
1c Then pull it gently up-
ward and disconnect the
underlying plug.
Dismantling rear spoiler
1d Rear Spoiler must be dri-
ven out. Manually from
the inside.
Push the cover of the
rear spoiler left and right
and push it down.
ATTENTION: The dis-
mantling of the rear
spoiler is optional, it faci-
litates the accessibility of
the manifold air pres-
sure.

1e Now loosen the two
screws on the rear spoi-
ler.
Press the upper part of
1f the rear spoiler to the
front and take it from the
holder.
Now remove the rear
spoiler from the vehicle
with a fortifying impact
against the spoiler in the
fastening direction vehic-
le range.

screws on the spoiler lo-
plug wer part.
Unlock the plug.

1i Push the lower part the
front spoiler and snap it
from the retaining lugs.
Lift the spoiler lower part
upwards and take it off.
Unscrew the fixing
1j screws of the mounting
bracket of the rear spoi-
ler along the rear bum-
per.

2a Disconnect the plug from
boost presse sensor
the boost pressure sensor.
Plug the provided cable
loom between the now se-
parated connectors.
Connect the plug of the
new loom to the boost
pressure sensor.

3a Disconnect the plug from
the manifold air pressure
manifold air pressure sensor.
Plug the provided cable
loom between the now se-
parated connectors..
Connect the plug of the
new loom to the manifold
air pressure.

4. camshaft sensor

4a camshaft sensor
To get to the camshaft sen-
sor you have to remove the
hose clamp right tyre.
Then please loosen the ho-
se clamp.
ATTENTION:PLEASE LAY
THE CABLE LOOM FROM
THE TOP OF THE ENGINE
IN DIRECTION CAMSHAFT
CONNECTOR.
Then loosen the 2 marked

Behind the hose is the
camshaft sensor.
Disconnect the plug from
the camshaft sensor.
Plug the provided cable
loom betwen the now se-
parated connectors.
Connect the plug of the
new loom to the camshaft
sensor.

5. tuningbox
5 Finally install the cable to-
wards a suitable position
The plugs must be engage,
so that a safe connection is
ensured
Fix the cable with cable ties
Connect the tuningbox to
the new loom
6 6. jumper plug
By using the jumper the
vehicle is put in the original
condition.
As soon as you connect the
cable loom with the jumper
plug the car is in original
condition.
