INFORMATION

The undersigned, Atty. Maria la del Barrio, accuses Juan de la


Cruz of the crime of MURDER, committed as follows, to wit:

That on or about January 1, 2018, in the City/Municipality


of Tacloban, Province of Leyte and within the jurisdiction of
this Honorable Court, the accused Juan de la Cruz , did then and there,
with malice aforestated and with deliberate intent to take the life of
Pedro Santos, willfully, unlawfully, feloniously, suddenly, unexpectedly,
and treacherously attack the latter with a knife, first wounding him in
the chest, and afterwards, when enfeebled and unable to defend
himself, again in the stomach, both wounds being necessarily mortal,
thereby causing the direct and immediate death of said Pedro Santos.
Contrary to law.
