o Self attested copy of allotment paper clearly showing allotted stream as well as the Institute
along with the money receipt issued by WBJEE Board against token money for spot admission

o Self attested copy of Income Certificate from the appropriate authority (for students admitted
under Tuition Fee Waiver category)
o Self attested copy of Caste Certificate (Compulsory for SC / ST / OBC candidates)
o Photocopy of WBJEE/JEE(Main) – 2016 Admit Card & along with the Rank Card
o Self attested copy of Age Proof Certificate
o Self attested copy of 10th or equivalent mark sheet
o Self attested copy of 12th or equivalent mark sheet
o Original Medical fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner
o Original Eye certificate regarding “No Colour Blindness” from a registered eye specialist
o Photocopy of Blood Group Certificate
o 4 (Four) passport size colour photographs
o Character Certificate from School/College last attended
o Affidavits in the prescribed format (available in the Institute website: www.heritageit.edu

by the candidate and his / her guardian individually
N.B.: Candidates are directed to note that they have to retain photocopies of all the
documents, as mentioned above, without fail, as it would be required for University
Registration / Bank Loan / Miscellaneous purposes.
