AN ORDINANCE IMPOSING FEES FOR ANY DOCUMENT SECURED IN THE


BARANGAY DULY SIGNED BY THE BARANGAY CAPTAIN

Be enacted by the Sangguniang Barangay that:

Section I – henceforth, there shall be collected fees for any document secured in the
barangay duly signed by Barangay Captain;

Section II – For purposes of Section I hereof, the following are to be collected

Deeds of Sale Php. 100.00


Mortgage Contract Php 100.00
Barangay Clearance Php. 20.00
Barangay Certification Php. 20.00
Leasehold Contract Php. 20.00
Promissory Note Php. 20.00
Filing Fee/Blotter Php. 50.00
Carabao Fee Php. 100.00
Indigency Php. 10.00
Business Permit Php. 250.00
Peddlers Php. 100.00/ Php. 50.00
Others

Section III – Effectivity This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
