look for a new “bahay”, and the “tao” who will be
unable to find a new “bahay” becomes “it”. When
the last word is “bahay”, all “bahay” will look for a
new partner to create a new “bahay” over a “tao”.
Again, those who fail to find a partner and a “tao”
will be “it”. When the last word is “bagyo”,
everyone is free to choose a role so long as the
one left without a group becoming “it”

3. The groups will then go to their original stations and summarize

what is written on the station. 4. They will each be given 2 minutes to
present this to the plenary. Plenary Discussion: Key Points: • We all
have similar expectations – we want the program to be a learning
experience, but at the same time we want it to be fun and not boring.
We have come up with entertaining and insightful activities, but it is
up to you to make it fun – by participating, by being inclusive of
everyone and by being open to different ideas. Learning is a
participatory process. • To be effective in the learning process, we
have to be aware of ourselves, our fellow participants and the larger
environment we operate in. • Facilitators are NOT speakers, they are
there to guide the discussion, they are PROCESS experts, and not
CONTENT experts. • Our willingness to share will enrich the learning
process; there are no wrong or right answers. • We all sacrificed
something to be here today. We sacrificed time with our family,
friends and loved ones. We sacrificed doing other things that we are
probably passionate about. So let us make the sacrifice worth it by
maximizing what the program has to offer.
