INFORMATION

The undersigned Provincial Prosecutor of Cagayan upon Affidavit


Complaint filed by the offended party, FERDILYN S. SUYU in the Office of the
Provincial Prosecutor of Cagayan, Hall of Justice, Carig, Tuguegarao City,
Cagayan which is hereto attached as annex “A” and forming as an integral part of
this Information, hereby accuses DENNIS R. ICOBEZA for the crime of Acts of
Lasciviousness defined and penalized under Article 336 of the Revised Penal
Code, committed as follows:

That on or about October 23, 2016 in the municipality of Baggao,


Province of Cagayan and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the said
accused DENNIS R. ICOBEZA, with lewd design, did, then and there willfully,
unlawfully and feloniously went on top of her, held and mashed her private parts
forcibly removed complainant's short pant, FERDILYN S. SUYU against her will.

CONTRARY TO LAW.
