8:30 AM Opening Ceremony (STAGE AREA)
8:45 AM Station Games (FIELD)  Special Guest Band – HANSOM!
10:15 AM Free time for Special Booths and Activity
Booths (FIELD)
12:00 noon BBQ Lunch with H.E. Bill Tweddell
(Australian Ambassador)
1:30 PM Exhibition Games (FIELD) 1. This is a day for family bonding and fun! We hope families
2:30 PM Variety Show (STAGE AREA) join their children.
4:00 PM Academic Recognition Awarding and Closing
Ceremony (STAGE AREA) 2. This is a school day. Students are expected to arrive and
5:00 PM Dismissal (MAIN BLDG) be dismissed on time.
Arrival Time : 8:00 AM
(note: Special Booths and Activity Booths open from 9am to 5pm)
Dismissal Time : 5:00 PM

3. Rooms in NCP Building and Cafeteria will be closed and


Jumping Castle Gladiator Joust Water Dunk locked. Drop off and pick up will be at the Main Building

4. Attire:
Students - P.E. Uniform
Guests - Sports / Outdoor
Target Shooting and Ping-Pong Balls Jail Booth
5. Things to bring:
Roll-a-Dice and Punch-a-Prize
Sun block / mosquito/bug repellent
Obstacle Course Face Painting and Hair Braiding
Change of clothes (including shoes)
And More!! Towel
Pocket money for games, activities, food & drinks

Registration & Information Food Court Day Care 6. Due to limited parking slots, if you have a driver, please just
get dropped off and picked up. 
First Aid Alumni Desk
AIS Girls Locker Room AIS Boys Locker Room 7. No school shuttle on this day.
