Reform Program (CARP);

That the said landholding is not tenanted or occupied by any other person in
whatever capacity;

That the said area/landholding is my retention;

That I am executing this affidavit to inform the proper authorities concerned, most
especially the Department of Agrarian Reform provincial Office of Davao City of the
foregoing facts;
