Measures: students responses to what I am doing with them. UC/TA observations and
discussions. Personal reflections. Each individual classroom will have a different response and
those will be the largest measurement of success.
Measures: students level of respect towards me, how well they listen to me and my
instructions/lessons and feedback from TA & UC.

TA and students
