Plan Outlining Goals, Sub-goals, Strategies and Measures

GOAL 1: Apply/learn classroom management skills for older grade students,


especially in the foods room.

Measures: students responses to what I am doing with them. UC/TA observations and
discussions. Personal reflections. Each individual classroom will have a different response and
those will be the largest measurement of success.

GOAL 2: Build a bigger, stronger, confident presence in the classroom.
