Background of the Study

Adobo Connection is owned by Jerome Uy, Meredith Ngo and Kellda Centeno and was
first established on November 2010 at Dela Rosa Street in Makati City with a land area of 40
square meters and has a seating capacity for 20 customers.

Adobo Connection mainly offers variety of Adobo recipes like Kuya’s Fried Adobo, Adobo
sa Gata, Mama’s Sweet Adobo and Lola’s Classic Adobo. As for the non-Adobo selections, it is
offering Beef Kare-Kare, Sisig and Leche Flan. Aside from that, it is also offering ‘Kanin All U
Can’ feature to its menus.

When Adobo Connection opened for franchising, it grew quickly and was dubbed as the
fastest growing Pinoy franchise in the metro. Initial investment for an Adobo Connection is
around P3.75 million.
