Introduction
The software Accounting Operation Management Software is developed for the
finance department of ABC College. The software “Accounting Operation Management
Software” is developed in java, which mainly focuses on management of accounting
operations.
“Accounting Operation Management Software” is a desktop application designed
to manage student and teacher accounting operations. It features management of
students, modules, balances, teaching hours load, department assignment and
calculation of salary based on the number of teaching hours and department that the
teacher is assigned.
Objective
The objectives of the software produce accurate computation based on the
specification given. The school also provided the core features that the software must
contain.
Functionalities for the Students
● Can create new student
● Can update student
● Can delete student
● Show the remaining balance of the student
● Display list of Students

● Can add new teacher/faculty

Requirements
In order to run the software on your machine you need have Java Version 8 installed
on your computer. Java Version 8 can be downloaded by visiting the link below.

Running the application
You can run the application by double clicking AOMS.jar
Adding new student
Click on “Add student”
Fill in the required fields
Click on add student
Updating Student
Select the student you want to update/edit by clicking the row of the student
Click on Update Student and fill the information needed
Click on update student
Deleting Student
Select the student you want to delete by clicking the row of the student
Click on Delete Student and click on yes
Manage Balance of Student
Select the student you want to manage balance by clicking the row of the student
Enter amount and click on Add Balance
Manage Modules of Student
Select the student you want to manage modules by clicking the row of the student
Enter number of modules and number of repeated modules then click on Confirm. It will
calculate and deduct from balance.
Update module pricing
Click on settings
Update the pricing of the modules then click on Update pricing
Adding new teacher
Click on Add Teacher
Fill up the information needed and click on add teacher
Updating teacher
Click on update teacher
Update the information of the teacher and click on update teacher
Deleting Teacher
Select the row of the teacher you want to delete
Click on delete teacher and click yes
Calculating Salary of Teacher
Select the row of the teacher you want to calculate salary
Enter rendered time
Updating Tax deductions
Click on settings
Update the fields and click on update settings
