1 概述 General

1.1 用途 Purpose

KG-4 型公共广播系统是为了满足客户对内通设备要求日益提高而全新设计的新一代有线通讯系
统。设计上采用了大规模集成电路，实现全数字通信，具有可靠性高，扩展性强的特点。可以单台主机
工作，也可以两台主机组成冗余系统以提高可靠性。除一般船舶外，本系统还特别适用于客船、石油平
台等特殊船舶。
KG-4 public address system is latest generation wired communication system, which is designed in order
to meet the increased requirements of the customers. It introduces large scale integrated circuit and achieve full
digital communication, so it has features of high reliability and strong expansibility. One main unit can work
and two main units can form redundant system so as to improve the reliability. Besides common ships, this
system is also especially applied to passenger ship, oil platform, etc.

3 功能说明 Function

3.1 在公共广播主机上可进行选择区域广播，被选择区域相应指示灯点亮。
Area broadcasting can be carried out in public address main unit and relevant indicator light for the
selected area will be bright.

3.2 公共广播主机具有调频收音、MP3 放音功能。

Public address main unit has functions of FM radio and MP3 playing.

3.3 遥控功能 Remote control

a.公共广播主机最多可接 16 个公共广播遥控盒，每个公共广播遥控盒均可遥控广播，控制单路或
多路扬声器输出。当前操作的公共广播遥控盒上选中区域指示灯常亮，其余公共广播遥控盒及公共广播
主机对应的区域指示灯闪亮且占线指示灯闪亮。
b.客船上，公共广播遥控盒可连接负责船员和旅客广播的公共广播主机。
c.公共广播遥控盒通过面板上的选择开关可选择遥控“船员”、“旅客”或者“船员+旅客”公共广
播主机。
d.电话遥控广播：程控电话联动，即可用电话遥控进行广播讲话。通过外接接口模块，可实现录音
及回放功能。
e.通用紧急报警：通用紧急报警系统可通过公共广播系统发出清晰的报警信号。公共广播主机及所
有公共广播遥控盒上的通用紧急报警指示灯在通用紧急报警系统工作时闪亮。
f.火灾报警：公共广播主机具有火灾报警接口，当检测到有报警信号时，公共广播系统向全船发送
火灾报警音信号，同时公共广播主机及所有公共广播遥控盒上的火灾报警指示灯闪亮。
g.广播或报警的优先等级：通用紧急报警优先,依次为火灾报警、公共广播主遥控盒、公共广播遥
控盒、电话遥控、公共广播主机。在进行报警时，公共广播主遥控盒可暂时打断报警信号进行紧急讲话，
讲话完毕自动恢复报警状态。
h.遥控或报警解除后，公共广播系统自动恢复到之前的状态。
a. Public address main unit can be connected to max. 16 PA remote control boxes. Each PA remote control
box can perform remote control broadcasting, control single-way or multi-way speaker output. The indicator
light for the selected area on the operated PA remote control box will be normally bright; the indicator light for
the same area on other PA remote control boxes and public address main unit will blink and busy indicator
light will also blink.
b. For passenger ship, PA remote control box can be connected with public address main unit for crew and
passenger.
c. PA remote control box can remotely control public address main unit for crew, passenger or
crew&passenger by the selector switch on the panel.

d. Remote control broadcasting by telephone: auto telephone linkage, that is, telephone can perform
broadcast announce. By external interface module, it can achieve record and replay function.
e. General emergency alarm: general emergency alarm system can send out clear alarm signal through
public address system. When general emergency alarm system is activated, general emergency alarm indicator
light on public address main unit and all PA remote control boxes will blink.
f. Fire alarm: public address main unit has interface for fire alarm; when detect alarm signal, public
address system will send out fire alarm signal to the whole ship, at the same time, fire alarm indicator light on
public address main unit and all PA remote control boxes will blink.
g. Priority of broadcasting and alarm: general emergency alarm has first priority, then fire alarm, PA main
remote control box, PA remote control box, telephone remote control and public address main unit take turns.
Emergency announce can be carried out for one minute by PA main remote control box during alarm. After
announce is over, it will automatically return to alarm state.
h. After remote control or alarm is removed, public address system will automatically recover previous
state.

3.4 对讲功能 Talkback

公共广播系统中的公共广播遥控盒与公共广播主机、公共广播遥控盒与公共广播遥控盒之间具有对
讲功能。
Mutual talkback can be carried out between PA remote control box and public address main unit as well
as among PA remote control boxes.

3.5 全音量输出 Full-volume output

当扬声器由内置音量控制器控制时，进行广播紧急讲话或发送报警信号，音量控制自动失效。
If the speaker is controlled by built-in volume controller, volume control will automatically become
invalid when broadcast emergency announce or send out alarm signal.

3.6 电源自动转换 Auto power switching

当主电源供电失效时，公共广播主机自动转换至应急电源供电，并具有失电报警功能，接线端子“EK”
输出一副无源闭合触点，同时公共广播遥控盒上失电报警指示灯闪亮。
In case main power is failure, public address main unit will automatically switch to emergency power
supply. It has power failure alarm function, Terminal EK will give output of passive closed contact. at the same
time, power failure alarm indicator light on PA remote control box will blink.

3.7 双放大器 Dual amplifiers

公共广播主机按两套放大器配置，当一套放大器发生故障时，另一套放大器仍能正常工作。两套放
大器的电源相互独立，任何一套放大器的电源出现故障都不影响另一套放大器的正常工作。

Public address main unit is equipped with two sets of amplifiers. When one amplifier is failure, the other
amplifier can work normally. The power supplies for two amplifiers are independent of each other; power
failure of any amplifier will not affect normal working of the other amplifier.

3.8 授权使用 Authorized operation

公共广播系统具有防止未经许可使用的保护，保护状态下公共广播主机及公共广播遥控盒上的键盘
锁指示灯闪亮。
Public address system is protected from unauthorized operation. When it is protected, key lock indicator
light on public address main unit and PA remote control box will blink.

3.9 左右舷话筒讲话 Announce by MIC at port &starboard

在公共广播主遥控盒开启广播的状态下，可通过左右舷话筒进行广播讲话。
Announce can be carried out by MIC at port &starboard when public address is turned on by PA main
remote control box.

3.10 夜光和调光功能 Night light and dimmer

公共广播主遥控盒具有夜光功能，且指示灯亮度可调节。
PA main remote control box has function of night light and the brightness of indicator light can be
adjusted.

5.1.2 广播喊话 Broadcasting announce

打开公共广播主机电源开关，在主机键盘上按下“ ”键， “ ”指示灯点亮，接着按“LINE1”

或“LINE2”
、“LINE3”
、“LINE4”
、“LINE5”等区域选择键，选中按键的指示灯点亮。握住话筒按键可对
相关区域进行广播讲话。
在选择区域广播时，当首先按下“LINE1”键，则续按“LINE2”、“LINE3”、“LINE4”、
“LINE5”键
无效，只对喊话扬声器进行广播讲话有效。如果首先按下“LINE2”
、“LINE3”
、“LINE4”
、“LINE5”等按
键广播时，则按“LINE1”键无效，但仍可选择“LINE2”
、“LINE3”、“LINE4”、“LINE5”中还未选择的
区域。
讲话过程中需要关闭其中一路或几路输出时，可直接按下相应的按键即可，对应的输出指示灯熄灭。
讲话过程中接线端子“BY1”输出一副无源闭合触点（联动触点）。
讲话结束后再按“ ”键退出广播状态。
After switch on public address main unit, press key and indicator light for will become bright,

then press LINE1 or LINE2, LINE3, LINE4, LINE5 key to select areas and indicator lights for the selected
area will become bright. Press the key on microphone and broadcasting announce can be carried out to relevant
areas.
During area select, if press down LINE1 key firstly, LINE2, LINE3, LINE4 and LINE5 will be invalid.
Announce will be heard only by shout speaker. If LINE2, LINE3, LINE4 or LINE5 is pressed down firstly,
LINE1 will be invalid, but the key not selected among LINE2, LINE3, LINE4 and LINE5 can also be pressed
down.
During announce, if any area output is needed to be closed, relevant key could be pressed down and then
relevant indicator light will be off.
During announce, Terminal BY1 will give output of passive closed contact(Linkage contact).
After announce, press down key again to exit.

5.1.3 播放音乐 Playing music

a. 调频收音
按下收放机电源按键，选择 FM 收音，调谐至所选定的电台，调节音量按键使音量输出适度。
当结束收音时，关闭收放机电源。
b. MP3 放音
按下收放机电源按键，插入内有 MP3 曲目的 U 盘或 SD 卡，将收放机音量按键调至适度位置。若想
选择某段节目，可按快进键或快倒键进行选择。
当放音结束时，关闭收放机电源。
a. FM radio
Switch on the player and select FM radio, then tune in selected radio station and adjust the volume to
proper output.
After radio, switch off the player.
b. MP3 playing
Switch on the player and insert USB disk or SD memory, then adjust the volume to proper output. If some
program is needed, forward or back key could be pressed.
After playing, switch off the player.

5.1.4 对讲 Talkback

在公共广播遥控盒与公共广播遥控盒之间或公共广播遥控盒与公共广播主机之间进行对讲时，首先
在主叫方按“ ”键打开遥控盒，再按“对讲 TALK-BACK”键，
“对讲 TALK-BACK”指示灯点亮，握住话
筒按键呼叫对方，此时所有公共广播遥控盒/公共广播主机均有话音输出。当有其中一个应答时，按下
相应公共广播遥控盒/公共广播主机上的“对讲 TALK-BACK”键，
“对讲 TALK-BACK”指示灯亮，双方即
可通话。其余公共广播遥控盒/公共广播主机上的扬声器自动关闭。

在双方通话过程中，第三方可通过按下“对讲 TALK-BACK”键加入到通话。如主叫方需要第三方加
入，则续按一次“对讲 TALK-BACK”键，所有公共广播遥控盒/公共广播主机再次全部打开，直到第三
方操作后保留三方通话。
通话完毕，主叫方按“ ”键，相应指示灯熄灭，所有参与对讲者自动退出对讲状态。
If PA remote control box will talkback with another one or public address main unit, press key on the
calling party firstly to turn on PA remote control box and press down TALK-BACK key, then indicator light
for talkback will be bright and call the other party by microphone, then all PA remote control boxes/public
address main unit will have voice output. If one of them will respond, press down TALK-BACK key of
relevant PA remote control box/public address main unit, then indicator light for TALK-BACK will become
bright and both parties can talkback. The speakers of other PA remote control boxes/public address main unit
will be automatically closed.
During talkback, third party can join in the talkback by press down TALK-BACK key; if calling party
want third party to join in, press down TALK-BACK key again and all PA remote control boxes/public address
main unit will be open again until operated by the third party.
After talkback, calling party press down key and relevant indicator light will be off, then all parties
will automatically exit from talkback.

5.1.5 全音量输出 Full volume output

对所选择的区域进行全音量广播讲话时，按下 “全音量”键， “全音量”指示灯点亮。相应区域

的扬声器音量控制自动失效。
发送报警信号时，系统自动点亮“全音量”指示灯，报警区域的扬声器音量控制自动失效。
When broadcast announce to selected area, press down Full-VOL key and indicator light for full volume
will be bright, then volume control of speakers in the relevant area will be automatically invalid.
When send out alarm signal, indicator light for full volume will be automatically bright and voume
control of speakers in the alarm area will be automatically invalid.

5.1.6 通用紧急报警 General emergency alarm

通用紧急报警系统工作时，通用紧急报警信号自动接入公共广播系统，同时中断广播讲话或音乐播
放，强制在 LINE2、LINE3、LINE4、LINE5 区域发送报警信号。公共广播主机和公共广播遥控盒上通用
紧急报警指示灯闪亮。
When general emergency alarm system is activated, general emergency alarm signal will be automatically
connected to public address system, at the same time, broadcasting announce or music playing will be
interrupted and alarm signal will be forcedly sent out in the areas of LINE2, LINE3, LINE4 and LINE5.
General emergncy alarm indicator light on the public address main unit and PA remote control box will blink.

5.1.7 火灾报警 Fire alarm

火灾报警系统在检测到有失火险情时，向公共广播主机送出火灾报警信号，公共广播主机中断讲话
或音乐播放，强制在 LINE2、LINE3、LINE4、LINE5 区域发送报警信号。公共广播主机和公共广播遥控
盒上火灾报警指示灯闪亮。
When fire alarm system detects fire, it will send fire alarm signal to public address main unit, then public
address main unit will interrupt announce or music playing and forcedly send out alarm signal in the areas of
LINE2, LINE3, LINE4 and LINE5. Fire alarm indicator light on the public address main unit and PA remote
control box will blink.

5.1.8 失电报警 Power failure alarm

主电源和应急电源任意一路失电，相应的失电报警指示灯闪亮，蜂鸣器随指示灯闪亮节奏发出断续
报警音, 接线端子“EK”输出一副无源闭合触点。在键盘上按“消音”键，失电报警指示灯由闪亮转
为常亮，且蜂鸣器停止工作。
电源正常供电后报警自动恢复。
When main power or emergency power is failure, relevant power failure alarm indicator light will blink
and buzzer will send out intermittent alarm tone as per blink rhythm of indicator light, Terminal EK will give
output of passive closed contact. Press down MUTE key and power failure alarm indicator light will become
normally bright and buzzer will stop.

5.1.9 授权使用 Authorized operation

公共广播系统具有防止未经许可使用的保护，在系统处于锁定状态下，有权用户可在公共广播主机
或公共广播遥控盒键盘上输入密码进行解锁。
键盘锁操作方法如下：
解锁：

1）轻按“ ”键，“Key Lock”LED 常亮。

2）输入 3 位密码，密码错误，恢复锁键状态；正确，“Key Lock”LED 熄灭，解锁成功。
锁键盘：

1）处在已解锁状态时，轻按 “ ”键即锁定系统，
“Key Lock”LED 闪烁。
修改密码：

1）长按“ ”保持 3 秒至“ ”LED 闪烁。

2）输入 3 位原密码，密码错误退出修改密码状态；正确，“ ”LED 常亮，等待输入 3 位新密码。

3）输入新密码，“ ”LED 熄灭，修改密码完成。

系统上电默认上次键盘锁状态。
系统出厂密码为：线路 1，线路 2，线路 3。系统超级密码为：全通、对讲、全音量，超级密码不

可更改。
PA system has protection that can prevent unauthorized user,when system is locked,authorized user can
enter password on PA main unit or PA remote control box keyboard to unlocked the system.
Operation method is as follows:
Unlocked:

1）Press “ ” key, “Key Lock”LED indicator light will be normally on.

2)Enter 3 bits password,if the password is wrong,it will be recovered to locked state;if the password is
right, “Key Lock”LED indicator light will be off,it means that unlock is succeed.
Locked:

1)When in unlocked state,press “ ” key,then the system will be locked and “Key Lock”LED indicator
light will be blink.
Change password:

1）Long press “ ” key 3s till the “ ” LED indicator light blink.

2)Enter 3 bits old password, if the password is wrong,it will be exit;if the password is right, “ ” LED
indicator light will be normally on,waiting for entering 3 bits new password.

3)Enter new password, “ ” LED indicator light will be off,it means that the password is changed.
When power on,the system will acquiesce in last keylock state.
Factory password of system:line1,line2,line3. Super password of system is all call, talkback, full volume;
super password can't be changed.

5.1.10 外部遥控 External remote control

公共广播遥控盒进行广播讲话时，按公共广播遥控盒键盘上的“ ”键，再按“LINE1”或“LINE2”、
“LINE3”
、“LINE4”、“LINE5”等区域选择键，选中按键的指示灯点亮。按住话筒按键可对相关区域进
行广播讲话。在需要进行全音量强制讲话时，将“全音量”键按下，“全音量”灯点亮。
进行遥控广播，区域选择的方法与在公共广播主机上进行区域广播的方法相同。
当某一公共广播遥控盒广播讲话时，其余公共广播遥控盒及公共广播主机上的占线指示灯闪亮，且
相关输出区域的指示灯常亮,接线端子“BY1”输出一副无源闭合触点（联动触点）。
电话遥控公共广播时，如交换机直接与公共广播主机相连，在电话机上拨交换机的公共广播中继接
口号码，即可进行广播讲话（LINE2、LINE3、LINE4、LINE5 区域同时接通），接线端子“BY1”输出一
副无源闭合触点（联动触点）。讲话完毕挂机后公共广播主机自动恢复到电话遥控前状态。
交换机也可通过电话接口模块与公共广播主机相连，在电话机上拨交换机的公共广播中继接口号
码，接通后听到语音提示“喊话请按 1，重听请按 2，重播请按 3”，在电话机上按 1 后听语音提示“请
选择喊话区域，选择完毕请按#号”
，在电话机上按 1 或 2-5 分别代表 5 个扬声器区域，按#号后听语音

提示“请在听到提示音后讲话，讲话完毕请挂机”，在“滴”一声后讲话，讲话时长不超过 60S。讲话
完毕挂机后公共广播系统自动向所选择的区域播放讲话内容。
每次录音会自动覆盖前次到录音内容。
在电话机上拨交换机的公共广播中继接口号码，接通后听到语音提示“喊话请按 1，重听请按 2，
重播请按 3”
，在电话机上按 2 后，从电话机中将听到前次录音的内容。
在电话机上拨交换机的公共广播中继接口号码，接通后听到语音提示“喊话请按 1，重听请按 2，
重播请按 3”
，在电话机上按 3 后，公共广播系统遵照前次电话遥控的操作，自动向所选择的区域播放
讲话内容。
When broadcasting through PA remote control box, press down key and select LINE1 or
LINE2, LINE3, LINE4, LINE5, the indicator light for selected area will be bright. Hold the key of MIC
and then remote control broadcasting can be carried out. If full volume is required for the broadcasting, press
down full volume key and indicator light for full volume will be bright.
The area selection method is the same with that of public address main unit.
When broadcast by any PA remote control box, busy indicator light on other PA remote control boxes and
public address main unit will blink, moreover, the indicator light for relevant area will also blink.Terminal
BY1 will give output of passive closed contact(Linkage contact)
When telephone remote control broadcasting, if the exchanger is connected with public address main unit
directly, dial the interface number on the telephone for exchanger, then broadcasting can be carried out(LINE2,
LINE3, LINE4, LINE5 are available),Terminal BY1 will give output of passive closed contact(Linkage contact)
After broadcast, hang up and public address main unit will automatically return to previous state.
The exchanger can be connected with public address main unit via telephone interface module; dial the
public address trunk interface number on the telephone for exchanger and hear voice prompt “press 1 for shout,
press 2 for hear again and press 3 for rebroadcast”; if press 1 on the telephone, voice prompt is “please select
the area and then press #”, then press 1 or 2-5 means 5 speaker areas, then press # and voice prompt is “please
speak after hear the beep and then hand up”; speak for not more than 60s after the beep. After speak, hang up
and public address system will automatically broadcast to the selected area.
Every recording will automatically replace previous one.
Dial the public address trunk interface number on the telephone for exchanger and hear voice prompt
“press 1 for shout, press 2 for hear again and press 3 for rebraodcast”; if press 2 on the telephone, you can hear
the previous recording from the telephone.
Dial the public address trunk interface number on the telephone for exchanger and hear voice prompt
“press 1 for shout, press 2 for hear again and press 3 for rebraodcast”; if press 3 on the telephone, public
address system will automatically broadcast to the selected aera according to the previous operation of
telephone remote control.

5.2.3 遥控喊话 Remote control announce

在公共广播遥控盒键盘上按下“ ”键， “ ”指示灯点亮，接着按“LINE1”或“LINE2”

、“LINE3”、
“LINE4”
、“LINE5”等区域选择键，选中按键的指示灯点亮。握住话筒按键可对相关区域进行广播讲话。
在选择区域广播时，当首先按下“LINE1”键，则续按“LINE2”、“LINE3”、“LINE4”、
“LINE5”键
无效，只对喊话扬声器进行广播讲话有效。如果首先按下“LINE2”
、“LINE3”
、“LINE4”
、“LINE5”等按
键广播时，则按“LINE1”键无效，但仍可选择“LINE2”
、“LINE3”、“LINE4”、“LINE5”中还未选择的
区域。
讲话过程中需要关闭其中一路或几路输出时，可直接按下相应的按键即可，对应的输出指示灯熄灭。
讲话结束后再按“ ”键退出广播喊话状态。
Press key on the PA remote control box and indicator light for will become bright, then press
LINE1 or LINE2, LINE3, LINE4, LINE5 key to select areas and indicator lights for the selected area will
become bright. Press the key on microphone and broadcasting announce could be carried out to relevant areas.
During area select, if press down LINE1 key firstly, LINE2, LINE3, LINE4 and LINE5 will be invalid.
Announce will be heard only by shout speaker. If LINE2, LINE3, LINE4 or LINE5 is pressed down firstly,
LINE1 will be invalid, but the key not selected among LINE2, LINE3, LINE4 and LINE5 could also be
pressed down.
During announce, if any area output is needed to be closed, relevant key could be pressed down and then
relevant indicator light will be off.
After announce, press down key again to exit.

5.2.4 对讲 Talkback

在公共广播遥控盒与公共广播遥控盒之间或公共广播遥控盒与公共广播主机之间进行对讲时，首先
在主叫方按“ ”键打开遥控盒，再按“对讲 TALK-BACK”键，
“对讲 TALK-BACK”指示灯点亮，握住话
筒按键呼叫对方，此时所有公共广播遥控盒/公共广播主机均有话音输出。当有其中一个应答时，按下
相应公共广播遥控盒/公共广播主机上的“对讲 TALK-BACK”键，
“对讲 TALK-BACK”指示灯亮，双方即
可通话。其余公共广播遥控盒/公共广播主机上的扬声器自动关闭。
在双方通话过程中，第三方可通过按下“对讲 TALK-BACK”键加入到通话。如主叫方需要第三方加
入，则续按一次“对讲 TALK-BACK”键，所有公共广播遥控盒/公共广播主机再次全部打开，直到第三
方操作后保留三方通话。
通话完毕，主叫方按“ ”键，相应指示灯熄灭，所有参与对讲者自动退出对讲状态。
If PA remote control box will talkback with another one or public address main unit, press key on the
calling party firstly to turn on PA remote control box and press down TALK-BACK key, then indicator light
for talkback will be bright and call the other party by microphone, then all PA remote control boxes/public
address main unit will have voice output. If one of them will respond, press down TALK-BACK key of

relevant PA remote control box/public address main unit, then indicator light for TALK-BACK will become
bright and both parties can talkback. The speakers of other PA remote control boxes/public address main unit
will be automatically closed.
During talkback, third party can join in the talkback by press down TALK-BACK key; if calling party
want third party to join in, press down TALK-BACK key again and all PA remote control boxes/public address
main unit will be open again until operated by the third party.
After talkback, calling party press down key and relevant indicator light will be off, then all parties
will automatically exit from talkback.

5.2.5 全音量输出 Full volume outpu

对所选择的区域进行全音量广播讲话时，按下 “全音量”键， “全音量”指示灯点亮。相应区域

的扬声器音量控制自动失效。
发送报警信号时，系统自动点亮“全音量”指示灯，报警区域的扬声器音量控制自动失效。
When broadcast announce to selected area, press down Full-VOL key and indicator light for full volume
will be bright, then volume control of speakers in the relevant area will be automatically invalid.
When send out alarm signal, indicator light for full volume will be automatically bright and voume
control of speakers in the alarm area will be automatically invalid.

5.2.6 通用紧急报警 General emergency alarm

通用紧急报警系统工作时，公共广播遥控盒上通用紧急报警指示灯闪亮。
报警状态下，公共广播主遥控盒可暂时打断报警信号进行紧急讲话，讲话完毕自动恢复报警状态。
When general emergency alarm system is activated, general emergncy alarm indicator light on the PA
remote control box will blink.
During the alarm, PA main remote control box can temporarily interrupt alarm signal for emergency
announce, then automatically recover alarm state after announce.

5.2.7 火灾报警 Fire alarm

火灾报警系统在检测到有失火险情时，向公共广播主机送出火灾报警信号。公共广播遥控盒上火灾
报警指示灯闪亮。
When fire alarm system detects fire, it will send fire alarm signal to public address main unit. Fire alarm
indicator light on the PA remote control box will blink.

5.2.8 失电报警 Power failure alarm

主电源和应急电源任意一路失电，公共广播遥控盒上相应的失电报警指示灯闪亮。
电源正常供电后报警自动恢复。
When main power or emergency power is failure, relevant power failure alarm indicator light on the PA

It will automatically recover after power supply is normal.

5.2.9 授权使用 Authorized operation

公共广播系统具有防止未经许可使用的保护，在系统处于锁定状态下，有权用户可在公共广播主机
或公共广播遥控盒键盘上输入密码进行解锁。
键盘锁操作方法如下：
解锁：

1）轻按“ ”键，“Key Lock”LED 常亮。

2）输入 3 位密码，密码错误，恢复锁键状态；正确，“Key Lock”LED 熄灭，解锁成功。
锁键盘：

1）处在已解锁状态时，轻按 “ ”键即锁定系统，
“Key Lock”LED 闪烁。
修改密码：

1）长按“ ”保持 3 秒至“ ”LED 闪烁。

2）输入 3 位原密码，密码错误退出修改密码状态；正确，“ ”LED 常亮，等待输入 3 位新密码。

3）输入新密码，“ ”LED 熄灭，修改密码完成。

系统上电默认上次键盘锁状态。
系统出厂密码为：线路 1，线路 2，线路 3。系统超级密码为：全通、对讲、全音量，超级密码不
可更改。
PA system has protection that can prevent unauthorized user,when system is locked,authorized user can
enter password on PA main unit or PA remote control box keyboard to unlocked the system.
Operation method is as follows:
Unlocked:

1）Press “ ” key, “Key Lock”LED indicator light will be normally on.

2)Enter 3 bits password,if the password is wrong,it will be recovered to locked state;if the password is
right, “Key Lock”LED indicator light will be off,it means that unlock is succeed.
Locked:

1)When in unlocked state,press “ ” key,then the system will be locked and “Key Lock”LED indicator
light will be blink.
Change password:

1）Long press “ ” key 3s till the “ ” LED indicator light blink.

2)Enter 3 bits old password, if the password is wrong,it will be exit;if the password is right, “ ” LED

indicator light will be normally on,waiting for entering 3 bits new password.

3)Enter new password, “ ” LED indicator light will be off,it means that the password is changed.
When power on,the system will acquiesce in last keylock state.
Factory password of system:line1,line2,line3. Super password of system is all call, talkback, full volume;
super password can't be changed.

5.2.10 左右舷话筒讲话 Announce by MIC at port &starboard

用公共广播主遥控盒开启公共广播，然后握住左右舷话筒的按键，就可通过公共广播主遥控盒选择
的区域进行广播讲话。
Turn on public address main unit by PA main remote control box and press the key on the MIC at port
&starboard, then broadcasting announce could be carried out to the selected area by PA main remote control
box.

5.2.11 夜光和调光功能 Night light and dimmer

公共广播主遥控盒具有夜光功能，在全黑环境下操作按键清晰可见且不刺眼。
指示灯亮度可通过按键调节。按下“调光+”键，指示灯亮度增加；按下“调光-”键，指示灯亮度
减弱直至微亮。
PA main remote control box has function of night light so that the keys are visible and it will not dazzle
the eyes at night.
The brightness of indicator light can be adjusted. Press Dimmer+ key and the brightness will be increased;
press Dimmer- key and the brightness will be reduced until weak light.

5.2.12 监听音量调节 Monitor volume control

公共广播遥控盒监听音量可通过按键调整大小，按下“监听音量+”键，扬声器播放音量增加；按
下“监听音量-”键，扬声器播放音量减小。
The monitor volume of PA remote control box can be controlled by the key. Press Mon-vol+ key and
speaker volume will be increased; press Mon-vol- key and speaker volume will be reduced.

5.2.13 话筒音量调节 MIC volume control

公共广播遥控盒话筒发送音量可通过按键调整大小，按下“话筒音量+”键，话筒发送音量增加；
按下“话筒音量-”键，话筒发送音量减小。
MIC volume of PA remote control box can be controlled by the key. Press Mic-vol+ key and MIC volume
will be increased; press Mic-vol- key and MIC volume will be reduced.

5.3.2 监听音量调节 Monitor volume control

功率放大器内置监听扬声器，可通过面板上的电位器调节监听音量大小，顺时针旋转音量加大，逆
时针旋转音量减小。
There is built-in monitor speaker in power amplifier and monitor volume can be adjusted by the
potentiometer on the panel. Turn it clockwise and the volume will be increased; turn it counterclockwise and
the volume will be reduced.

5.3.3 电平指示 Level indication

功率放大器带有电平指示功能，指示范围-18dB～+6dB，其中 0dB 为额定输出功率，功率每相差一

倍，电平值相差 3dB。
Power amplifier has function of level indication with the range -18dB～+6dB. 0dB means rated output
power and level difference 3dB means power difference is one time.

5.4 MP3 播放器 MP3 player

5.4.1 功能 Function

本播放器具有 MP3 播放和 FM 收音功能。具有以下特性：

9 支持 SD 卡，包括 SD 1.0/1.1 和 SD 2.0；支持高容量 SD 卡。

This player has functions of MP3 playing and FM radio. It has following features.

5.4.3 操作说明 Operation

1） 名词解释 Explanation

a. “按 x 键”：按下 x 键后立刻松开。按键时间不得小于 100ms；当该按键具有长按功能复用时，

按键时间亦不应超过长按所需时间（一般为 2s 或 5s）。
b. “长按 x 键 n 秒”：按下 x 键后保持至少 n 秒，然后松开。所选操作在保持 n 秒后发生。此时可
送开按键。
c. 存储器： SD 卡和/或 U 盘。
a. Press x key: press down x key and loose immediately. The time of pressing should be not less than
100ms; if this key can also be held down for other purpose, the time of pressing should not exceed the time for
hold down(generally 2s or 5s).
b. Hold down x key for n seconds: hold down x key for at least n seconds and then loose. The operation
will function after hold down for n seconds, then the key can be loosen.
c. Memory: SD memory and/ or USB disk.

2） 开机 Turn on

本机接通电源后，面板背景灯点亮，液晶屏无显示。按开/关机键后，播放器开机，液晶屏显示待
机画面。用户可以按 MP3/FM 键选择 MP3 模式或 FM 模式。
开机后，若 3s 内无任何操作，本机自动开始运行。若本机插入了 SD 卡或 U 盘，本机自动开始播放
SD 卡或 U 盘中的音乐文件；若无 SD 卡和 U 盘，则本机自动转为 FM 收音模式，播放默认电台列表的第
一个台。
After electrified, back light on the panel will be bright, but there is no display on LCD screen. Press the
key for turn on/off and player will be turned on, LCD screen will display standby image, then MP3/FM key
can be pressed to select MP3 mode or FM mode.
After turned on, the player will automatically start running if there is no operation within 3s. If there is
SD memory or USB disk in the player, it will automatically play the music in the SD memory or USB disk; if
there is no SD memory or USB disk, it will automatically switch to FM radio mode and play first radio station
in the default radio station list.

3）调节音量，低音，高音，左右平衡，前后平衡（注:前后平衡时可选功能）Control volume, bass, tremble,

left and right balance, fore and aft balance (note: fore and aft balance is optional)

轻按面板上的功能选择按钮，当 LCD 显示屏上显示“VOL、BS、TR、BL、FA”时再旋转音量调节旋

4）时间功能操作 Time function operation

按面板上的时间功能键“CLK”，短按是显示时间，5 秒后后将自动转回原显示，长按此键（大于 2
秒），可进入时间调整功能，此时小时位闪烁，再按后退键“ ”或前进键“ ”可对小时进行调节，
再轻按时间功能键“CLK”分钟位闪烁，再按后退键“ ”或前进键“ ”可对分钟进行调节。
Press the time function key CLK on the panel, press short time for display the time, it will switch to
previous one 5 seconds later. Hold down this key (more than 2 seconds) and it can adjust the time, then the
place for hour is blinking, press back key or forward key and the hour can be adjusted; press time
function key CLK and the place for minute will blink, press back key or forward key and the minute
can be adjusted.

5）播放模式操作 Play mode operation

在关机或收音状态下插入 USB/SD/MMC 卡可自动转到 USB/SD/MMC MP3 模式。

在 USB/SD/MMC MP3 模式时拨 USB/SD/MMC 卡可自动转到 FM 模式。
按面板上的模式转换键“TA”，可以进行“TUNER/USB/SD/MMC”模式切换。
During power off or radio, insert USB/SD/MMC card and it will automatically switch to USB/SD/MMC
MP3 mode.
During the mode of USB/SD/MMC MP3, pull out USB/SD/MMC card and it will automatically switch to
FM mode.
Press mode conversion key TA on the panel, mode can be switched among TUNER/USB/SD/MMC.

6） MP3 模式 MP3 mode

进入 MP3 模式：
播放器进入 MP3 模式，开始播放存储器中的音乐文件的方法有：
a) 播放器开机后，按“TA”键；
b) 关机状态下，插入 SD 卡或 U 盘后开机，等待 3s；
c) 在 FM 播放状态下，按“TA”键；
d) 在 FM 播放状态下，插入 SD 卡或 U 盘。
进入 MP3 模式后，液晶屏显示 MP3 图标，播放器进入存储器选择状态。
Enter into MP3 mode:
Following is the method for enter into MP3 mode to play music in the memory by the player.
a) After the player is turned on, press “TA”key;
b) When the player is turned off, insert SD memory or USB disk and turn on, then wait for 3s;
c) When the player is playing FM radio, press “TA”key;
d) When the player is playing FM radio, insert SD memory or USB disk.
After enter into MP3 mode, LCD screen will display MP3 icon and player will enter into the state of

7） 存储器选择 Memory selection

在开始播放前，播放器首先检查与其连接的存储器，若：
a) 播放器内无 SD 卡和 U 盘：液晶屏显示等待画面，等待用户插入 SD 卡或 U 盘；
b) 播放器内有 U 盘：不论是否有 SD 卡，播放器优先播放 U 盘内音乐文件。液晶屏显示“USB”图
标。此时插入或取出 SD 卡对播放器无任何影响。
c) 播放器内只有 SD 卡：播放器播放 SD 卡内音乐文件。液晶屏显示“SD”图标。此时若插入 U
盘，播放器自动停止当前播放，并跳转至 b）。
播放器优先播放 U 盘中的音乐文件，在播放过程中插入 U 盘将立即切换至播放 U 盘中的文件。液晶
屏显示“USB”图标。若取下 U 盘，若播放器中无 SD 卡，则播放器将等待 2s 后切换至 FM 模式；若有
SD 卡，则播放器开始播放 SD 卡中的文件，液晶屏取消“USB”图标。
注意，插入的 SD 卡或 U 盘必须是可写的，且必须有至少（256×歌曲数目）字节的空闲空间。若
存储器不可写，或可写空间不足，播放器可能无法播放存储器内的全部或部分音乐文件；选曲等功能亦
可能无法正常工作。
Before playing, player will firstly check the connected memory.
a) If there is no SD memory or USB disk in the player, LCD screen will display waiting image and it will
wait user insert SD memory or USB disk;
b) If there is USB disk in the player, no matter whether there is SD memory, it will play music in the USB
disk. LCD screen will display USB icon, then SD memory access will not affect the player.
c) If there is only SD memory in the player, it will play the music in the SD memory. LCD screen will
display SD icon, then if insert USB disk, it will automatically stop current playing and skip to item b).
Player will give priority to playing music in the USB disk. During the playing, insert USB disk and it will
immediately play the music in the USB disk. LCD screen will display USB icon. If remove USB disk, if there
is no SD memory in the player, it will switch to FM mode after 2s; if there is SD memory in the player, it will
play music in the SD memory and LCD screen will cancel USB icon.
Note: inserted SD memory or USB disk must be writable and must have free space of at least
(256×quantity of songs) bytes. If the memory is not writable or rewritable space is not enough, maybe player
will fail to play all or partial music; other functions such as music selection may be out of order.

8） 功能选择 Function selection

a) 顺序播放 Playing in sequence

开始播放后，用户无需任何操作即可循环播放存储器内的全部音乐文件，包括所有 MP3 与 WMA 格式
的文件。
注意，当存储器内含有大量音乐文件时，播放器初始化播放列表将耗费大量时间，因此，尽量不要

再存储器内存放过多的音乐文件。存储器内的非音乐文件亦会对初始化播放列表时间产生影响，因此，
也不要在存储器内存放过多文件。
After start playing, it can play the music including all files in MP3 and WMA format in the memory
without any operation by user.
Note: If there is many music files in the memory, it will take much time to initialize the play list, so please
don’t save many music files in the memory. Other files in the memory will also affect the initialization of play
list, so please don’t save many files in the memory either.
b) 选曲 Music selection
快选曲目：Fast selection:
短按“数字 1 键”～“数字 6 键”可播放选定曲目。（如：选择播放第 361 首歌曲时分别按“数字
3 键”
、“数字 6 键”、“数字 1 键”即可）。
Press digit 1 key ~ digit 6 key and it will play the selected program.(for example, if select 361th song,
press digit 3, digit 6 and digit 1).
上一首：Previous song:
按“后退键”可中断当前正在播放的曲目，并开始播放曲目列表中当前曲目的前一首。若当前曲目
为第一首，则开始播放列表的最后一首。
Press back key and it will stop current song playing and then play the previous song in the list. If the
current song is the first one, it will play the last song in the list.
下一首：Next song:
按“前进键”可中断当前正在播放的曲目，并开始播放曲目列表中当前曲目的下一首。若当前曲目
为最后一首，则开始播放曲目列表的第一首。
Press forward key and it will stop current song playing and then play the next song in the list. If the
current song is the last one, it will play the first one in the list.
跳至第一首：Skip to first song
按“数字 1 键”可中断当前正在播放的曲目，并开始播放曲目列表的第一首。

播放器正常播放时，长按“数字 1 键”2 秒后（不放开）可暂停当前音乐播放，液晶屏播放时间停
止跳动，播放器进入暂停状态
播放器处于暂停状态时，长按“数字 1 键”2 秒后（不放开）可解除暂停状态、重启当前播放。液
晶屏播放时间恢复跳动，播放器进入正常播放状态。
During normal playing, press digit 1 key for 2s (don’t loose) and current music playing will pause, time
for playing on the LCD screen will stop and player enter into pause state.
When player is in pause, press digit 1 key for 2s (don’t loose) and it will continue current playing, time
for playing on the LCD screen will recover and player enter into normal playing state.
d) 音量调节 Volume control
旋转面板上的音量调节旋钮可在 0-40 范围内对音量大小进行调节，顺时针旋转音量增加，逆时针
旋转则音量减小。

Turn the volume control knob on the panel and the volume can be adjusted within 0-40; turn clockwise
for volume increase and turn anticlockwise for volume reduce.
e) 关机 Turn off
按电源键可关闭播放器。
退出 MP3 模式：
按 TA 键可退出 MP3 模式，切换至 FM 模式。
Press power key to turn off the player.
Exit from MP3 mode:
Press TA key to exit from MP3 mode and switch to FM mode.

9） FM 模式 FM mode

a) 进入 FM 模式 Enter into FM mode

播放器进入 FM 模式的方法有：
播放器开机后，连续按两次“TA 键”
。
在未插入 SD 卡和 U 盘的状态下开机，等待至少 3s。
在 MP3 播放模式下按“TA 键”。
在 MP3 播放模式下，取下 SD 卡和 U 盘，等待至少 2s。
Following is the method for enter into FM mode by the player.
After the player is turned on, press TA key twice continuously.
When there is no SD memory or USB disk in the player, turn on player and wait for at least 3s.
When the player is playing MP3, press TA key.
When the player is playing MP3, remove SD memory or USB disk and wait for at least 2s.
b) 默认电台 Default radio station
在进入 FM 模式后，播放器将播放默认电台。该电台为：上一次播放的电台，如果曾启动过 FM 模式；
或默认的电台列表的第一个电台，如果自开机后未曾启动过 FM 模式。
After enter into FM mode, it will play the default radio station. If FM mode has been started, default is the
previous played radio station; if FM mode hasn’t been started after turn on the player, default is the first radio
station in the list.

7） 功能选择 Function selection

a) 波段转换 Band switching

按 RA 键可以选择波段，每次按下此键，波段在“FM1”-“FM2”-“FM3”之间循环转换。
Press RA key and the band can be selected; press this key and the band will be switched among
FM1-FM2-FM3.
b) 正常播放 Normal playing

进入 FM 模式后，用户无需任何操作即可播放默认的电台。注意，由于地区的不同和 FM 信号覆盖范
围的影响，该频率处可能信号较弱或无电台。
After enter into FM mode, it will play default radio station without any operation by user. Note: due to the
different region and FM signal coverage, maybe the signal is very weak or there is no radio station.
c) 切换电台 Radio station switchover
在正常播放状态下，按“数字 1 键”～“数字 6 键”可切换当前播放电台。液晶屏将显示所选电台
的频率。
During normal playing, press digit 1 key～digit 6 key and current radio station can be changed. LCD
screen will display the frequency of the selected radio station.
d) 手动搜台 Manual searching
向下搜索：
在正常播放状态或频率微调状态下，长按前进键“ ”2 秒后（不放开）
，播放器进入手动向下搜
索模式。
播放器以当前电台频率为起点，频率以 100KHz 的步进开始递减搜索电台。当频率到达 75MHz 的下
限时，播放器自动折返至 109MHz 并继续搜索。
松开按键后，搜索停止，播放器开始播放搜索到的频率，液晶屏显示该频率并闪烁 5s；在这 5s，
播放器处于频率微调状态。5s 后液晶显示闪烁停止，播放器进入正常播放模式。
向上搜索：
在播放模式或频率修正模式下，长按后退键“ ”2 秒后（不放开），播放器进入手动向上搜索模
式。
播放器以当前电台频率为起点，频率以 100KHz 的步进开始递增搜索电台。当频率到达 109MHz 的上
限时，播放器自动折返至 75MHz 并继续搜索。
松开按键后，搜索停止，播放器开始播放搜索到的频率，液晶屏显示该频率并闪烁 5s；在这 5s，
播放器处于频率微调状态。5s 后液晶显示闪烁停止，播放器进入正常播放状态。
频率微调：
在播放器处于频率微调状态下时，按“后退键”
，当前播放频率减小 100KHz；按“前进键”时，当
前播放频率增大 100KHz。
Search downwards:
During normal playing or frequency fine tuning state, hold down forward key “ ”for 2s(don’t loose)
and player will search downwards.
Player will search the radio station by gradually reduce the frequency by 100KHz at the beginning of
current frequency. When the frequency is reduced to the lower limit of 75MHz, it will automatically return to
109MHz and continue searching.

After loose the key, it will stop searching and play according to the searched frequency; LCD screen will
display this frequency and blink for 5s; during 5s, player is in frequency fine tuning state; after 5s, LCD screen
will stop blinking and player will enter into normal playing mode.
Search upwards:
During normal playing or frequency fine tuning state, hold down back key “ ” for 2s(don’t loose) and
player will search upwards.
Player will search the radio station by gradually increase the frequency by 100KHz at the beginning of
current frequency. When the frequency is increased to the upper limit of 109MHz, it will automatically return
to 75MHz and continue searching.
After loose the key, it will stop searching and play according to the searched frequency; LCD screen will
display this frequency and blink for 5s; during 5s, player is in frequency fine tuning state; after 5s, LCD screen
will stop blinking and player will enter into normal playing mode.
Frequency fine tuning:
When player is in frequency fine tuning state, press back key and current frequency will be reduced by
100KHz; press forward key and current frequency will be increased by 100KHz.
e) 自动搜台 Auto searching
向下自动搜索：
在正常播放状态下，按前进键“ ”后，播放器以当前电台频率为起点，向下（频率减小）自动
搜索电台。搜索到电台后停止，播放器开始播放搜索到的电台，液晶屏显示新的电台频率。
向上自动搜索：
在正常播放状态下，按后退键“ ”后，播放器以当前电台频率为起点，向上（频率增大）自动
搜索电台。搜索到电台后停止，播放器开始播放搜索到的电台，液晶屏显示新的电台频率。
Searching downwards:
During normal playing state, press forward key “ ”and player will automatically search the radio
station downwards(reduce the frequency) at the beginning of current frequency. When find radio station, it will
stop searching and play the searched radio station; LCD screen will display the frequency of new radio station.
Searching upwards:
During normal playing state, press back key “ ”and player will automatically search the radio station
upwards(increase the frequency) at the beginning of current frequency. When find radio station, it will stop
searching and play the searched radio station; LCD screen will display the frequency of new radio station.
f) 保存电台 Save radio station
在正常播放状态下，长按“数字 1 键”～“数字 6 键”中的任何一键 1s，可将当前正在播放的电
台存入播放器内部存储器。液晶屏快速闪烁显示按键对应数字 500ms 后恢复原显示。注意，保存的电台
将在播放器掉电后失效，再次开机后恢复为内置默认电台。

During normal playing state, hold down any key of digit 1 key～digit 6 key for 1s and it will save the
current radio station in built-in memory of player. LCD screen will display the digit and blink for 500ms and
then recover. Note: the saved radio station will be failure after player is powered off. If turn on player again, it
will recover to default radio station.
g) 静音/播放 Mute/play
在正常播放状态下，长按“数字 1 键”2 秒可将播放器静音；再按一次长按“数字 1 键”2 秒后恢
复到正常播放状态。
During normal playing state, hold down digit 1 key for 2s and it will mute the player; hold down digit 1
key for 2s again and it will recover to normal playing state.
h) 音量调节 Volume control
FM 模式下的音量调节与 MP3 模式下完全相同，参考 d。
The volume control for FM mode is the same with that for MP3 mode, please refer to item d.
i) 关机 Turn off
FM 模式下的关机功能与 MP3 模式下完全相同，参考 e。
This function for FM mode is the same with that for MP3 mode, please refer to item e.
j) 退出 FM 模式 Exit from FM mode
FM 模式下，按“TA 键”可退出 FM 模式，转为 MP3 模式。
In FM mode, press TA key and it will exit from FM mode and switch to MP3 mode.

8） 特殊功能 Special function

播放器在干扰、无操作等情况下，方式按键、显示异常，播放异常，死机等现象时可通过长按“电
源键”5s 的方式复位。
When player is interfered and not operated, if there is failure of mode key, display, playing, halt and so on,
it can be reset by hold down power key for 5s.

6 设备维护 Equipment maintenance

6.1 常见故障维修 Troubleshooting

故 障 一 ： 打开电源开关，公共广播系统没有工作。

处理方法：
a) 检查电源是否连接正确，熔断器是否正常；
b) 检查主配板是否有电源送至公共广播系统。
Fault 1: Public address system will not work when power on.
Solution:

a) Check whether the connection of power supply is correct, whether fuse is ok;
b) Check whether there is power supply to public address system from main switchboard.

故障二：公共广播遥控盒无法遥控公共广播主机。

处理方法：
a）检查公共广播遥控盒供电是否正常（端子 1、2 上应有 24V 电压）；
b）检查公共广播遥控盒至公共广播主机的控制线（端子 3、4）是否连接正常。
Fault 2: PA remote control box fail to remotely control public address main unit.
Solution:
a) Check whether PA remote control box is normally supplied (there should be 24V between terminals 1
and 2);
b) Check whether PA remote control box is normally connected with control lines (terminals 3 and 4) of
public address main unit.

故障三：扬声器无法实现全音量控制。

处理方法：
检查扬声器至公共广播主机的连线是否可靠连接，顺序是否正确。
Fault 3: Speaker fail to perform full volume control.
Solution:
Check whether speaker is connected with public address main unit reliably and correctly.

7 注意事项 Notice

7.1 电源接线需正确，切不可把直流与交流混接，否则将引起不可逆转的损坏。

7.2 请将设备妥善接地。

7.3 除喊话扬声器外，其余所有扬声器的功率总和不能超过设备的输出功率；喊话扬声器的功率不能
超过设备的输出功率。

7.4 公共广播遥控盒的连接电缆应为带屏蔽型的对绞电缆，截面积视距离远近，一般不小于 1.5 mm ，
屏蔽网需和外壳可靠联接。
“1、2”号芯线应为一对双绞线，
“3、4”号芯线应为一对双绞线，可选用 2

×2×1.5mm 线。

7.5 连接公共广播遥控盒的电缆线序不可接错，否则可引起遥控盒的非正常工作，严重时将损坏遥控
盒。

7.6 为避免声回授产生啸叫，公共广播遥控盒的安装位置应尽量避开扬声器。利用电话机遥控扩音机
时，电话机的安装位置也不能靠近扬声器。

7.7 公共广播主机的音量要适中，以音频尖峰时功率放大器面板上的电平指示灯黄灯点亮为最佳。过
大的音频信号可导致放大器输出失真急剧增加。

7.8 扩音机天线由阻抗 75Ω的同轴电缆接入。

7.9 维修需要有专业资质的人员进行，请勿带电开盖操作。

7.1 Power supply must be connected correctly; DC and AC must not be confused, otherwise it will cause
irreversible damage.

7.2 The equipments should be grounded properly.

7.3 Except shout speaker, the power summation of other speakers must not exceed the output power of main
unit; the power of shout speaker must not exceed the output power of main unit.

7.4 The cables connecting PA remote control boxes should be shielded pair twisted cables and the sectional
area, which depend on the distance, should not be less than 0.75mm2. Shielded net should be connected with
enclosure reliably. 1, 2 is in one pair and 3, 4 is in the other pair, which compose the cable of 2×2×0.75mm2.

7.5 The cable sequence connecting PA remote control boxes must not be in reverse, otherwise it will cause
abnormal working of PA remote control boxes, even damage PA remote control boxes.

7.6 In order to avoid noise due to feedback, PA remote control box should be located away from speaker as
possible. If main unit will be controlled by telephone, the telephone should also be located not close to speaker.

7.7 The volume of public address main unit should be proper and had better be that yellow light for level
indication on the panel of power amplifier is bright during audio frequency peak. If audio frequency signal is
too large, it will cause output distortion increasing of power amplifier.

7.8 Antenna of main unit is connected by coaxial cable with impedance 75Ω.

7.9 Maintenance and repair should be performed by qualified personnel; please don’t open the cover to operate
when electrified.

1. General
1.1 Purpose
General emergency alarm system used for sending alarm signal on board consists of general emergency alarm
controller, alarm bell control box, general emergency alarm remote control box, general emergency alarm
button, etc. This system can send general emergency alarm signal to the whole ship by itself or through public
address system. For passenger ship, it can send general emergency alarm signal to the crew, passenger and the
whole ship by itself or thruogh public address system.

2.5 Alarm signal time sequence:

a) General emergency alarm: ••••••• ⎯ , repeat sending every other two seconds. Thereinto, • denotes 1s
on and 1s off, ⎯ denotes 5s on.
b) Manual alarm signal: control the alarm manually.
c) Fire alarm signal: send continuous alarm signal by audible and visual alarm unit or buzzer; and send FM
fire alarm signal through public address system.
2.6 Interface level: between alarm controller and public address system: -7±2dB
2.7 Contact capcity: alarm output contact is AC250V/5A or DC36V/1A.
2.8 Input control interface:
a) Alarm button interface: connected with general emergency alarm buttons in port & starboard, engine
control room and other important places.
b) Remote alarm interface: connected with general emergency alarm remote control box near lifeboat.
c) Fire alarm interface: connected with fire alarm equipment.
2.9 Output control interface:
a) Public address interface: connected to public address system and send out alarm signal to the whole
ship through PA speakers.
b) Foghorn controller interface: connected to foghorn controller and offer closed contact to foghorn
controller when alarm signal is sent out.
c) ER alarm indicator interface: offer closed contact to alarm indicator relay box when alarm signal is sent
out.
d) Alarm bell control interface: connected to alarm bell control box and offer closed contact to alarm bell
control box when alarm signal is sent out.
2.10 Power loss: General emergency alarm controller ≤10W.

3. Function
3.1 General emergency alarm
When GENERAL EMERGENCY ALARM button is pressed down, general emergency alarm system will
send out general emergency alarm signal(seven dot “•” and one dash “⎯”) to the whole ship.
3.2 Manual alarm
General emergency alarm controller will send the signal controlled by manually to the whole ship.
3.3 Fire alarm
When general emergency alarm system receive fire alarm signal, it will send out continuous fire alarm signal
or fire alarm FM signal through public address system to the whole ship.
3.4 Remote control alarm
Alarm signal can be sent to the whole ship by general emergency alam remote control box and emergency
announce can be carried out through public address system.
3.5 Power failure alarm
When main power supply or emergency power supply for general emergency alarm controller and alarm bell
control box is failure, it will raise power failure alarm.
3.6 Auto power switchover
When main power supply of general emergency alarm controller and alarm bell control box is failure, it will
automatically switch to emergency power supply.

3.7 Alarm priority

General emergency alarm will take first priority, fire alarm will take second priority and manual alarm will
take third priority.
3.8 Dimmer
General emergency alarm controller and AN-2 general emergency alarm button have the dimmer to adjust the
brightness of LED indicator.
3.9 Alarm auto recovery
After general emergency alarm is triggered, it can be temporarily interrupted by a message on the public
address system, but it will automatically return to continuous emergency alarm status after 1 minutes.
3.10 General emergency alarm extension
General emergency alarm button can be connected to the controller so that general emergency alarm signal
can be sent from other location.

5.2 General emergency alarm
For KG-1JK or KG-2JK general emergency alarm system, when GENERAL EMERGENCY ALARM button
is pressed down, general emergency alarm controller will send out general emergency alarm signal(seven dot
“•” and one dash “⎯”) to public address system, ship’s whistle and alarm bell control box, at the same time,
it will make E/R alarm indicator send out general emergency alarm signal. KG-2JK can be used together with
AN-2 general emergency alarm button.
For KG-3JK general emergency alarm system, when GENERAL EMERGENCY ALARM button for crew,

passenger or all alarm is pressed down, general emergency alarm controller will send out general emergency
alarm signal(seven dot “•” and one dash “⎯”) to crew area, passenger area or the whole ship separately, at
the same time, it will make E/R alarm indicator send out general emergency alarm signal.
The alarm shall continue to function after it has been triggered until it is manually turned off or is temporarily
interrupted by a message on the public address system. General emergency alarm system will turn off the
entertainment equipments as it works.
5.3 Manual alarm
It is used for sending user-defined alarm signal.
For KG-1JK or KG-2JK general emergency alarm system, when MANUAL button is pressed down, general
emergency alarm controller will send out alarm signal to public address system, ship’s whistle and alarm bell
control box, at the same time, it will make E/R alarm indicator send out alarm signal. If the MANUAL button
is loosened, the alarm will stop. KG-2JK can be used together with AN-2 general emergency alarm button.
For KG-3JK general emergency alarm system, when MANUAL ALARM button for crew, passenger or all
alarm is pressed down, general emergency alarm controller will send out manual alarm signal to crew area,
passenger area or the whole ship separately, at the same time, it will make E/R alarm indicator send out alarm
signal.
When manual alarm is over, the contact for public address, ER alarm indicator and cut off entertainment
broadcast will be open after delay 15 seconds.
5.4 Fire alarm
If fire alarm signal is detected from fire alarm controller, it will send out continuous FM signal to public
address system and send out continuous fire alarm signal to ship’s whistle and alarm bell control box(relevant
contact will be closed).
5.5 Remote control alarm
For KG-1JK or KG-2JK general emergency alarm system, KG-1JY general emergency alarm remote control
box is connected and when GENERAL EMERGENCY ALARM is pressed down, system will send out
general emergency alarm signal. When broadcast announce by hand microphone, general emergency alarm
will pause; when announce is over, general emergency alarm will continue.
For KG-3JK general emergency alarm system, KG-1JY general emergency alarm remote control box is
connected and when the button for crew, passenger or all alarm is pressed down, general emergency alarm
controller will send out general emergency alarm signal, When broadcast announce by hand microphone,
general emergency alarm will pause; when announce is over, general emergency alarm will continue.
5.6 Power failure alarm
When main power or emergency power of general emergency alarm controller is failure, general emergency
alarm controller will send out power failure alarm signal and relevant indicator light will blink; moreover, it
will give power failure alarm closed contact output EK1(1, 2). When the MUTE button is pressed, the alarm
sound will stop and relevant indicator light will keep bright till power supply recovers.
When main power or emergency power of alarm bell control box is failure, it will automatically switchover
and give closed contact output.
5.7 Dimmer
The brightness of general emergency alarm button backlight and manual alarm button backlight, power light,
power failure alarm indicator light and fire alarm indicator light can be adjusted by the dimmer. (Note: when
the button is pressed down, the brightness can’t be adjusted)

5.8 Running status

When general emergency alarm controller work normally, running status indicator light is bright in green;
when general emergency alarm controller is out of order, the light will blink in orange.
5.9 Online update
The program online update should be operated as follows:
5.9.1 Switch off general emergency alarm controller.
5.9.2 Connect serial port of computer with A & B of general emergency alarm controller by
cable(RS232-RS485).

6 Equipment maintenance
6.1 Troubleshooting
Fault 1: General emergency alarm system will not work when power on.
Solution:
a) Check whether power supply is connected correctly and the fuse is ok.
b) Check whether power switch is on; if yes, check whether there is power supply from main switchboard
to general emergency alarm system.
c) If the above are normal, maybe main PCB of general emergency alarm controller is faulty or there is
loose of internal connection, please contact us.

Fault 2: The brightness of power light and running status indicator light can not be adjusted.
Solution:
Check whether the variable resistor for dimmer is faulty.

Fault 3: When there is signal input from general emergency alarm button or general emergency alarm remote
control box, general emergency alarm controller has no output alarm signal.
Solution:
a) Check whether the connection is correct and reliable.
b) If annonce can’t be carried out by hand microphone of general emergency alarm remote control box,
check the button of hand microphone and whether public address main unit is turned on.

Fault 4: When general emergency alarm system is on alarm status, the connected audible and visual alarm
unit is not working.
Solution:
a) Check whether there is contact signal output from terminal JL of general emergency alarm controller.
b) Check the power supply and fuse of alarm bell control box.

This system is latest generation auto telephone exchange system, which introduces
modularization structure, CPU classifying processing and excellent power supply system.
It owns reliable performance and also introduces complete chip technology, high
performance European sockets, non-welding front wiring, etc. Its function is as follows.
— Full digital exchange non-blocking communication;
— Interior and exterior line caller ID display on the extension(interior and exterior caller
ID could be displayed on the extension through transfer);
— Support the function of call centre and voice message mailbox system
(non-monitoring working mode);
— It owns strong function of message prompt;
— It could be connected with special digital function telephone. It could display forty
characters in two lines and have many indication function keys for interior and
exterior line display;

Ⅰ. Introduction
1. Following equipments could be programmed.

All above equipments could be programmed simultaneously. Operator console

telephone must be 9th.
3. Concerning computer programming, please refer to software manual. In this
instructions, only command programming method is described for common analogy
telephone and digital telephone. The programming method for exterior line telephone
is the same with that for common extension.
4. Before system programming, it must enter into system programming state.

Trunk lines are grouped. According to grade or telephone traffic, these trunk lines are
distributed to difference extensions in order to manage them easily.

Introduction
1. A is switch for enter/cancel; BBB is trunk group number and the range is 0～127; CCC
is trunk ISN. If A=0, CCC trunk line will be deleted from BBB group; if A=1, CCC
trunk line will be added to BBB group.
2. One trunk line could be added to different trunk groups.
3. 0-111 are common trunk group numbers and 112-127 are limited trunk group numbers.
There are total 128 trunk groups. Trunk lines are not limited for one group, but total
trunk lines of all trunk groups could not exceed 7000.
4. Limited trunk group consists of two kinds such as bypass trunk group and tandem
trunk group, which could be distinguished by way out number.
5. Trunk ISN CCC could be inputted continuously.
6. If CCC is blank and A is 0, BBB trunk group will be cleared.

Delete trunk lines 053, 055, 123 and 124 from trunk group 0, add trunk lines 052, 053,

1. A is setting switch; BBB is trunk group number and the range is 0～127; CCCC is
extension number.
2. If A=0, single BBB trunk group will be cancelled from CCCC extension. BBB will not
exceed 3 digits.
If A=1, single BBB trunk group will be added to CCCC extension. BBB will not
exceed 3 digits.
If A=2, all trunk groups for CCCC extension will be reset again and original settings
are invalid. Maximum 5 trunk groups could be set and BBB must be multiple of 3, at
least 3 digits and at most 15 digits. For example, two trunk groups such as 3 and 102
could be written as 003102.
3. One trunk group could be distributed to all extensions, but every extension has
maximum 5 trunk groups.
4. Three commands such as out trunk group, trunk group for extension and trunk duty
mode could be combined to set 112 special lines for special purpose. For details, please
refer to combined example. Concerning these special lines, if extension is busy but not
to exterior line, special trunk line could still be called. Another kind of special line is
that after take down the handset, trunk line will be busy at once. For this setting, please
refer to shadow trunk.
5. Extension CCCC could be inputted continuously or instead by wildcard #.
Example
Extension number is 3 or 4 digits. Trunk group 0 is available for all extensions. Trunk
groups 0, 1, 3, 23 and 105 are available for extensions 202 and 3015. Setting is as
follows.

ChapterⅢ. Extension programming

Ⅰ. Introduction
1. Extension programming, that is to set the function of single extension, could be
performed on the common extension and digital special extension, but interior line
calling grade of the extension must not be lower than 4th.
2. Extension programming needn’t enter special programming state and could be
performed by taking down the handset when the telephone is free.
3. Extension programming has no continuous input data; there is prompt tone after every
programming and the type of prompt tone is the same with that of system
programming.
4. If stop extension programming, please make hooking or hang up.
5. During programming, all ISN ports must exist actually; otherwise system will give

 invalid tone.
6. During programming, first digit 0 of some parameters could be omitted. For example,
ISN 032 could be written as 32. For details, please refer to command introduction.
7. All commands are only applied to single box unless otherwise specified.

3. If the user forgot changed password, system administrator could code it again and the

The original password of one extension is 1234 and it will be changed to 0987. Setting is
as follows.

Ⅱ.3 Clock set

Clock will be ringing in the appointed time (hour, minute) on any extension.
Command
*12 HHMMAAAA*
Introduction
1. HHMM is the appointed time, which must be 4 digits in 24-hour system. For example,
3:08 p.m. should be expressed as 1508; AAAA is extension number for clock set and
could be omitted when set on the local extension.
2. One extension could set only one clock or timing.
3. When the appointed time is coming, if the extension is free, it will be ringing; if the
extension is busy, it will delay ringing until it is free.
4. During ringing, if don’t take down the handset, ringing will keep for 30 seconds; two
minutes and 30 seconds later, it will be ringing again. Ringing will occur 10 times
according to above period. If take down the handset during ringing, vacant number
tone will be heard, moreover, the subsequent ringing will be cancelled.
5. System could set 150 clocks or timing simultaneously.
6. For clock ringing mode, please refer to installation manual.
7. Concerning cancel clock, please refer to timing.
8. This command could set among different boxes.
Example
Clock time for extension 18 is 09:23 a.m., clock time for extension 302 is 11:07 a.m. and
clock time for local extension is 01:30 p.m. Setting is as follows.

ringing (extension wait ringing mode), after first ringing tone, extension will display
ISN, 1.2 seconds later, extension will clear the screen and display code. Take down the
handset and hear ring back tone.

Ⅱ.6 Way out trunk
Trunk line for way out by dialing the relevant number will be distributed automatically
by system, but trunk line for way out will be specified by user.

out.
This trunk line must be one of five trunk groups available for this extension.
Ⅱ.7 Group ring
Not one extension is called, but a group of extensions are called, which is named group
ring. This group of extensions are defined by duty extension group of system
programming and are expressed by group number.

Introduction
1. AA is duty extension group number and the range is 00～29.
2. After this command is performed, all free extensions in AA group will be ringing, if

 take down the handset of any extension, two parties could talk with each other, then
other extensions will stop ringing.

prompt tone.
4. If free extension is inserted, authorized extension will give ring back tone and inserted
extension will be ringing. The process is the same with calling common extension.
5. If some extension is set no interrupt, but system must call him for important thing,
insert report could be used.
6. After insert, authorized user could hang up and inserted extension could return to
original operation.
7. This function is available among different boxes.

3. This command is available at any moment. After this command is effective, all
operation on monitored extension including on-hook or off-hook, dialing, talking and
so on could be heard.
4. This command is available for monitor baby.
5. Notice!: any unauthorized monitor operation is illegal.

Ⅱ.10 Start speech
This command is to start conference call. The main feature of conference call is that all
parties attended the conference call could make a speech at any moment and muster other
extensions to attend the conference.

Introduction
1. After this command is effective, confirmed tone will be heard and conference is started
immediately. This extension will become first extension attended the conference and in
charge of mustering other extensions to attend the conference. The extension that has
attended the conference could also muster other extensions to attend by the same
method.
2. Muster method is as follows.
(1) Hooking and dialing tone will be heard.
(2) Dial the extension number or exterior line number that will attend the conference
and ring back tone will be heard.
(3) Talk with called party and inform him about relevant matters.
(4) If this extension will be mustered, any party make hooking and two parties will
attend the conference. If exterior line will be mustered, the extension should be
made hooking.
(5) Before called party take down the handset, calling party could make hooking to
cancel the muster operation and then return to the conference.
3. Replace the handset of any extension and it will exit from the conference.
4. Conference call consists of maximum 15 extensions and only one conference could
exist.
5. Conference call and speech could be held simultaneously.
6. Conference call consists of at least one extension and maximum 14 exterior lines. If all
extensions have exited from conference, system will finish the conference
automatically and cut off all exterior lines.
7. If exterior line is hung up firstly, other parties will hear busy tone of exterior line. If
close this exterior line, please refer to speech exit.
8. Generally, signalling board (COM board) has no hardware module for conference call.
If this function is required, please contact supplier to install this module.

 Marine Batteryless Telephone Instructions

KS series marine batteryless telephone can serve as emergency communication equipment on

board without any external power supply.

Ⅰ. Feature
1. Voice amplifying without power:
KS batteryless telephone set could carry out loud and clear communication without any external
power. It is different from any other telephones with power. This set could send out calling signal
only by turning the handle of the generator without any external power DC24V or internal battery.
It could also perform voice-amplified communication more than 10 minutes. The voice is loud
and clear and its volume is the same with that of auto telephone.
2. Noise-proof:
The telephone can be used with headset and relay box with light &bell under the condition of
high noise such as engine room.
3. Receiving/sending indication:
When the telephone receives calling, it could display the telephone number of the calling party.
4. If system is fed by DC24V, the handle of generator needn’t be turned for calling.
5. Following connection modes are applied to batteryless telephone.
Direct communication—two single-way telephones are connected directly.
Command communication—one multiway telephone and many single-way telephones are
connected by command connection box
Selective communication—many multiway telephones are connected by selective connection
box.

Ⅴ. Operation
1. Put the select switch on the telephone at the position of called party, and take down the handset
to listen so as to ensure the line is free, then turn the handle of the generator several circles and
the red LED indicator will be light when transmitting.
2. Answer calling
Take down the handset to answer while ringing. A red LED indicator will be light when
receiving.
3. Finish talk
Replace the handset after the talking is over.

Ⅵ. Installation
1. Communication cable with shielded layer will be recommended. The cross sectional area of
cable should be >0.5mm2. The enclosure of the equipment should be grounded reliably.
2. For high noise space such as engine room and generator room, noise-proof batteryless
telephone with headset should be chosen; moreover, relay box with light &bell should be used.

1 概述 General

1.1 用途 Purpose

病房呼叫系统是供船上病员使用的信号呼叫装置。系统呼叫时，控制器、复示器和报警器发出声光
报警信号，在控制器和复示器上可显示呼叫人员所在的具体位置，便于值班人员或相关人员迅速采取措
施。同时系统具有自检、线路故障和调光等功能。
Hospital call system is applicable for patient in hospital on board to send out calling signal. When calling,
controller, repeater and alarm unit will send out audible and visual alarm signal; controller and repeater will
display the detailed location of calling so that relevant personnel can take the proper measures in time;
moreover, system has functions of self-test, line fault, dimmer, etc.

3 功能说明 Function

3.1 自检 Self-test

控制器和复示器上电自检，3 秒后结束自检。自检过程，面板上呼叫报警灯、线路故障灯和蜂鸣器
连续声光报警。
Controller and repeater will perform self-test after switch on, then finish after 3s. During self-test, call
alarm light, line fault light and buzzer on the panel will send out continuous audible and visual alarm.

3.2 呼叫报警 Call alarm

a.呼叫：船上病员按下呼叫器的“呼叫”按钮呼叫医务人员时，装在医生和其他值班人员房间的控

制器、复示器和报警器会发出断续声光报警信号，系统报警周期 0.5 秒通，0.5 秒断。同时，呼叫器上

报警指示灯断续报警，表示呼叫信号已成功送出。
b. 应答:当医务人员或值班人员收到呼叫报警信号后，按下控制器或报警器的“应答”按钮，系统
光报警周期变为 1 秒通，1 秒断。同时解除声音报警信号，表示相关人员已收到呼叫信号。
c. 二次呼叫:呼叫报警时，检测到其它的呼叫信号，系统会重新发出断续的声光报警。
d. 复位：呼叫信号应答后，相关人员赶到病房将呼叫器的“呼叫”按钮按下复位，系统断续的光
报警消失。同时控制器的两组无源触点断开，系统复位。
a Call: When patient on board press down CALL button of call unit to call medical personnel, controller,
repeater and alarm unit in doctor room and other duty personnel will send out intermittent audible and visual
alarm signal and alarm period is 0.5s on and 0.5s off; At the same time, alarm indicator light on the call unit
will send out intermittent alarm, which means that call signal has been sent out successfully.
b. Respond: When medical personnel or duty personnel find alarm signal and press down RESPOND
button on the controller or alarm unit, visual alarm period will become 1s on and 1s off. At the same time,
audible alarm is removed, which means that relevant personnel has received call signal.
c. Second call: During alarm, if detect another call signal, system will send out intermittent audible and
visual alarm again.
d. Reset: After call alarm is responded, relevant personnel will arrive at the hospital to reset CALL switch,
then intermittent visual alarm will stop. At the same time, two groups of passive contact of controller will open
and system is reset.

3.3 线路故障 Line fault

呼叫器呼叫按钮线路故障（断路或和 DC24V 电源线短路）时，控制器和复示器发出线路故障报警。

报警状态为相应的呼叫报警灯、线路故障灯和蜂鸣器连续的声光报警。消音后解除声音报警。故障解除
后停止报警。
When there is line fault(open circuit or DC24V power supply short circuit) of call button on call unit,
controller and repeater will send out line fault alarm. Alarm status is continuous audible and visual alarm of
relevant call alarm light, line fault light and buzzer. After muted, audible alarm is removed, then stop alarm
after fault is removed.

3.4 调光 Dimmer

为满足船舶夜间航行的需要，嵌入式设备的电源和报警灯亮度可通过面板上的调光按钮进行调节。
In order to meet the requirement of sailing at night, the brightness of indicator light on the flush type
device can be adjusted by the dimmer on the panel.

3.5 消音 Mute

控制器线路故障报警可消音；复示器呼叫报警和线路故障可消音。

3.6 失电报警 Power failure alarm

当系统电源失电时，控制器输出一组无源闭合报警触点。

5 操作说明 Operation

5.1 自检 Self-test

控制器和复示器上电自检，3 秒后结束自检。自检时，面板上呼叫报警灯、线路故障灯和蜂鸣器连
续。
Controller and repeater will perform self-test after switch on, then finish after 3s. During self-test, call
alarm light, line fault light and buzzer on the panel will continue.

5.2 呼叫报警 Call alarm

a. 呼叫：按下呼叫器的“呼叫”开关，系统发出周期为 0.5 秒通，0.5 秒断的声光报警。控制器

和复示器相应的呼叫报警灯和蜂鸣器发出断续声光报警，报警器发出断续声光报警信号，呼叫器上报警
灯断续光报警，同时，控制器输出 K1 和 K2 两组无源闭合触点报警。
b. 应答：收到呼叫信号后，按下控制器或报警器的“应答”按钮，系统的光报警周期变为 1 秒通，

1 秒断，同时声音报警解除。
c. 二次呼叫:呼叫报警时，检测到其它的呼叫信号，系统发出断续的声光报警，已应答的光报警周
期为 1 秒通，1 秒断；未应答的光报警周期为 0.5 秒通，0.5 秒断；声音报警周期为 0.5 秒通，0.5 秒
断。
d. 复位：应答后，将呼叫器的“呼叫”按钮复位，系统断续的光报警解除。同时控制器 K1 和 K2
的两组无源触点断开，系统复位。在呼叫信号未应答时，将呼叫器的“呼叫”按钮复位，系统仍为断续
的声光报警。按下控制器或报警器的“应答”按钮，系统停止声光报警，同时控制器的 K1 和 K2 两组无
源触点断开，系统复位。
a. Call: turn CALL switch on call unit, then system will send out audible and visual alarm with period
0.5s on and 0.5s off; call alarm light and buzzer on the controller and repeater will send out intermittent
audible and visual alarm; alarm unit will send out intermittent audible and visual alarm signal; alarm light on
the call unit will send out intermittent visual alarm. At the same time, controller will output K1 and K2 passive
closed contact alarm.
b. Respond: After receive call signal, press down RESPOND button on the controller or alarm unit, visual
alarm period will become 1s on and 1s off. At the same time, audible alarm is removed.
c. Second call: During alarm, if detect another call signal, system will send out intermittent audible and
visual alarm again. Alarm period of call signal which has been responded is 1s on and 1s off; alarm period of
call signal which hasn't been responded is 0.5s on and 0.5s off. Audible alarm period is 0.5s on and 0.5s off.
d. Reset: After responded, reset CALL switch on the call unit and intermittent visual alarm will stop. At
the same time, passive contact K1 and K2 of controller will open and system is reset. When call alarm signal is
not responded, reset CALL button of call unit and system will still send out intermittent audible and visual
alarm. Press down RESPOND button on the controller or alarm unit, audible and visual alarm period will stop.
At the same time, passive contact K1 and K2 of controller will open and system is reset.

5.3 线路故障 Line fault

线路故障（CALL 接线端第 3 个接线柱断线或和 CALL 接线端第 1 个接线柱短路）时，控制器和复示

器相应的呼叫报警灯和线路故障报警灯连续的光报警，蜂鸣器连续的声报警。
按下控制器的“应答”按钮或复示器的“消音”按钮，本机的声音报警解除。故障解除后停止报警。
在故障未消音前解除，系统报警状态不变。
When there is line fault(open circuit of third terminal of CALL terminals or short circuit of first terminal
of CALL terminals), relevant call alarm light and line fault alarm light on the controller and repeater will send
out continuous visual alarm and buzzer will send out continuous audible alarm.
Press down RESPOND button on the controller or MUTE button on the repeater, local audible alarm is
removed; it will stop alarm after fault is removed.
If fault is removed before muted, system alarm status will not change.

5.4 调光 Dimmer

嵌入式控制器和复示器的电源和报警灯亮度可通过“调光”按钮进行调节；嵌入式报警器的报警灯
亮度可通过“调光”旋钮进行调节。
The brightness of power and alarm light on the flush type controller and repeater can be adjusted by the
dimmer; the brightness of alarm light on the flush type alarm unit can be adjusted by the dimmer.

5.5 消音 Mute

呼叫报警时，按下复示器“消音”按钮后，复示器光报警周期为 1 秒通，1 秒断，同时声音报警解

除。
During alarm, press down MUTE button on the repeater and visual alarm period of repeater is 1s on and
1s off, moreover, audible alarm is removed.

5.6 失电报警 Power failure alarm

系统失去电源时，控制器输出 K3 无源闭合触点。
When power is failure, controller will output K3 passive closed contact.

6 设备维护 Equipment maintenance

6.1 常见故障维修 Troubleshooting

故障一：打开电源，病房呼叫系统没有工作。

a) 检查电源线是否连接正确；
b) 检查电源开关是否打开，熔断器是否损坏；
c) 如果以上 a、b 两点都正常，则需联系我公司技术人员。
Fault 1: Hospital call system will not work when power on.
Solution:
a) Check whether the connection of power supply is correct;
b) Check whether power switch is on, whether fuse is ok;
c) If above is normal, please contact our technical engineer.

3 功能说明 Function

3.1 自检 Self-test

控制器和复示器上电自检，3 秒后结束自检。自检过程，面板上呼叫报警灯、线路故障灯和蜂鸣器
连续声光报警。
Controller and repeater will perform self-test after switch on, then finish after 3s. During self-test, call
alarm light, line fault light and buzzer on the panel will send out continuous audible and visual alarm.

3.2 呼叫报警 Call alarm

a 呼叫：当船员被困在冷库中时，转动冷库呼叫器的“呼叫”开关，装在厨房和其他有值班人员房
间的控制器、复示器和报警器会发出断续声光报警信号，系统报警周期 0.5 秒通，0.5 秒断。同时，呼

叫器上报警指示灯断续报警，表示呼叫信号已成功送出。
b.消音：当其他船员收到呼叫报警信号后，按下控制器或复示器的“消音”按钮，本机光报警周期
变为 1 秒通，1 秒断。同时解除本机声音报警。
c.二次呼叫：呼叫报警时，检测到其它的呼叫信号，控制器或复示器会重新发出断续的声光报警。
消音的呼叫报警信号报警周期为 1 秒通，1 秒断，未消音的呼叫报警信号报警周期为 0.5 秒通，0.5 秒
断。
d.复位：当呼叫报警消音后，船员赶到冷房将呼叫器的“呼叫”开关转动复位，系统断续的光报警
消失。同时控制器的两组无源触点断开，系统复位。
a Call: When the crew is locked in refrigerator space, turn CALL switch on refrigerator call unit, then
controller, repeater and alarm unit in galley and other duty personnel room send out intermittent audible and
visual alarm signal and alarm period is 0.5s on and 0.5s off; at the same time, alarm indicator light on the call
unit will send out intermittent alarm, which means that call signal has been sent out successfully.
b.Mute: After other crew find call alarm signal, press MUTE button on the controller or repeater and local
visual alarm period will become 1s on and 1s off; at the same time, local audible alarm is removed.
c. Second call: During alarm, if detect another call signal, controller or repeater will send out intermittent
audible and visual alarm again. Alarm period of call signal which has been muted is 1s on and 1s off; alarm
period of call signal which hasn't been muted is 0.5s on and 0.5s off.
d. Reset: After call alarm is muted, the crew will arrive at the refrigerator space to reset CALL switch,
then intermittent visual alarm will stop. At the same time, two groups of passive contact of controller will open
and system is reset.

3.3 线路故障 Line fault

呼叫器呼叫按钮线路故障（断路或和 DC24V 电源线短路）时，控制器和复示器发出线路故障报警。

报警状态为相应的呼叫报警灯、线路故障灯和蜂鸣器连续的声光报警。消音后呼叫报警灯和线路故障灯
的连续光报警。故障解除后停止报警。
When there is line fault(open circuit or DC24V power supply short circuit) of call button on call unit,
controller and repeater will send out line fault alarm. Alarm status is continuous audible and visual alarm of
relevant call alarm light, line fault light and buzzer. After muted, call alarm light and line fault light will
continue visual alarm, then stop alarm after fault is removed.

3.4 调光 Dimmer

为满足船舶夜间航行的需要，嵌入式设备指示灯亮度可通过面板上的调光按钮进行调节。
In order to meet the requirement of sailing at night, the brightness of indicator light on the flush type
device can be adjusted by the dimmer on the panel.

5 操作说明 Operation

5.1 自检 Self-test

控制器和复示器上电自检，3 秒后结束自检。自检时，面板上呼叫报警灯、线路故障灯和蜂鸣器连
续。

5.2 呼叫报警 Call alarm

a.呼叫：转动呼叫器的“呼叫”开关，系统发出周期为 0.5 秒通，0.5 秒断的声光报警。控制器和

复示器相应的区域呼叫报警灯和蜂鸣器发出断续声光报警；报警器发出断续声光报警信号；呼叫器上报
警指示灯断续光报警。同时，控制器输出 K1 和 K2 两组无源闭合触点报警。
b.消音：收到呼叫报警信号后，按下控制器或复示器的“消音”按钮，本机的光报警周期变为 1
秒通，1 秒断。同时本机的声音报警解除。
c.二次呼叫：呼叫报警时，检测到其它的呼叫信号，控制器和复示器发出断续的声光报警。已消音
的光报警周期为 1 秒通，1 秒断；未消音的光报警周期为 0.5 秒通，0.5 秒断；声音报警周期为 0.5 秒
通，0.5 秒断。
d .复位：在呼叫报警信号消音后，将呼叫器的“呼叫”开关复位，系统断续的光报警解除。同时
控制器 K1 和 K2 的两组无源触点断开，系统复位。在呼叫报警信号未消音时，将呼叫器的“呼叫”按钮
复位，系统仍为断续的声光报警。

period of call signal which hasn't been muted is 0.5s on and 0.5s off. Audible alarm period is 0.5s on and 0.5s
off.
d. Reset: After call alarm is muted, reset CALL switch on the call unit and intermittent visual alarm will
stop. At the same time, passive contact K1 and K2 of controller will open and system is reset. When call alarm
signal is not muted, reset CALL button of call unit and system will still send out intermittent audible and visual
alarm.

5.3 线路故障 Line fault

线路故障（CALL 接线端第 3 个接线柱断线或和 CALL 接线端第 1 个接线柱短路）时，控制器和复示

器相应的呼叫报警灯和线路故障报警灯连续的光报警，蜂鸣器连续的声报警。
按下控制器或复示器的“消音”按钮，本机的声音报警解除。故障解除后停止报警。
在故障未消音前解除，系统报警状态不变。
When there is line fault(open circuit of third terminal of CALL terminals or short circuit of first terminal
of CALL terminals), relevant call alarm light and line fault alarm light on the controller and repeater will send
out continuous visual alarm and buzzer will send out continuous audible alarm.
Press down MUTE button on the controller or repeater, local audible alarm is removed; it will stop alarm
after fault is removed.
If fault is removed before muted, system alarm status will not change.

5.4 调光 Dimmer

嵌入式设备的指示灯亮度可通过“调光”按钮进行调节。
The brightness of indicator light on the flush type device can be adjusted by the dimmer.

5.5 失电报警 Power failure alarm

系统失去电源时，控制器输出 K3 无源闭合触点。
When power is failure, controller will output K3 passive closed contact.

三、工作原理：Working principle
天线主要零部件是放置玻璃钢罩内，由电源盒经电源线向放大器供电工作，玻璃罩内信号接收振
子，经耦合网络，分别进入放大器，信号经二级放大后，汇入混合器，由电源线送回电源盒中，因为
天线的供电和信号输送是同一根线，信号需要经电源盒隔电处理后输出至电视机。电源盒上的电位是
控制放大的增益大小使在不同场强中得到最佳收看效果。
Main components of this antenna are placed in the glass fiber reinforced plastic enclosure; it supplied the
amplifier via power supply line by power supply box; the signal in the enclosure will enter the amplifier
separately via coupling network; after two-stage amplifying, the signal will enter into the mixer and return to
power supply box through the power supply line. Because the power supply and signal transmission use the
same line, the signal will be outputted to TV set after power insulation by power supply box. The potential on
the power supply box is to control amplifying gain so as to receive the best effect in the different field
strength.

四、结构特征：Structure feature
1.本天线（室外机）外形呈流线型用玻璃钢材料制成，存并用聚氨酯发泡剂填封闭固定，具有防
水，防雾，防霉菌，抗震，抗颠，机械强度高，使用寿命长。
2.电源盒（室内机）外壳采用 ABS 工程塑料，面板有 4 个发光二极管，电平调节指示，内有防短
路保护装置，防电源烧坏，采用挂壁式安装，使用方便安全。
1. This antenna (outdoor unit) with streamlined body is made of glass fiber reinforced plastics and fixed by
Polyurethane foaming agent; it has features of water-proof, mist-proof, mould-proof, anti-seismic,
anti-bump, high mechanical strength and long lifetime.
2. Power supply box(indoor unit) is made of ABS engineering plastics; there are 4 LEDs and level adjustment
indication on the panel. There are short circuit protection device inside in order to prevent the power supply
from burnt; it is wall mount and the operation is convenient and safe.
五、安装：Mounting
1.由于本天线是全方向性接收，故四周不应有遮挡信号接收物体，尽可能避开其他发射天线和雷
达。
有条件尽可能把天线架高，但注意要在避雷保护区内确保安全。
This antenna is receiving within all directions, so there should be no object shading the signal and avoid other
transmitting antenna and radar as possible.
The antenna should be fixed as high as possible, but should make sure the safety in the Lightning protection
zone.
2.把天线引进仓内的电缆用万用表测一下应是 4K 左右（这很重要），如是开路或短路都要排除，
确认无误再接入电源盒中 IN，电源盒上的 OUT（输出）直接电视机。
The cable in the antenna entrance room should be tested and be 4K(important), open circuit or short circuit
must be removed; make sure it is correct before connect to IN of power supply box; OUT of power supply
box should be connected to TV set.
3.打开电源开关将电平调至第三灯亮，打开电视机搜索频道完毕，再仔细调整电源盒上旋钮至最
佳图像效果。
Switch on the power supply and adjust the level to make the third light on, turn on TV set and search the
channel, then adjust the knob on the power supply box to best image.
4.本天线可以按驳多台电视同时收看，如有需要可以直接与本公司联系。
This antenna can serve for many TV sets, if need, please contact us.
5.收看时有时会产生图像重影，闪烁等干扰，这与船舶位置的场强有关。环境变动或远离码头会
正常。
Sometimes there will be image ghosting, blink, etc., which depends on the field strength where the ship
located. If it moves or depart from the wharf, maybe it will be normal.
六、检修方法：Maintenance and repair
1.查电源指示灯是否亮，调节旋钮电平四灯是否有变化，熔断丝是否完好。
Check whether power supply indication light is on; whether four lights for level is changing when adjust
the knob; whether the fuse is OK.
2.断开电源盒上的 IN 结头测量从天线下来的电源线阻值应是 4K 左右。（这很重要）
Remove IN of powers supply box and test the resistance of power supply line from the antenna and it
should be 4K(important).
3.把电视机放置在电源旁，用线直接从电源 OUT 接至电视机内，排除因其他系统。
Place TV set near the power supply and connect power supply OUT to TV set.
4.船舶在航行时，因场强关系如信号差，或根本无信号或已在另外区域的电视信号会造成不法收
看，此时可以重新对电视机选台，改变频率要注意。这不是天线故障。
When the ship is sailing, if the signal is weak, even no signal or in another zone, maybe it will cause
illegal receiving; at this time, you should select the channel again or change the frequency, but this is not
the fault of the antenna.
