2230 Peer Review Form (please submit this form along with your project report)
As part of your GE 2230 group assignment, each group is expected to complete the form below, print a hard-copy and have each group member sign
next to their contributions. These contributions should be approximate percentages and reflect where individuals have contributed to the project.
The percentages in each column should add up to 100% – the percentages in the final column (‘Overall contribution to project’) is the average of the
percentages in the previous five columns. The group may choose to elaborate on the percentages under ‘Remarks’, but this is optional.
The purpose of this form is to ensure that there is internal discussion and agreement as to individual contributions for each assignment.
