To calculate a quick budget price for a stainless steel tank that includes the following:
If under 10,000 litres, a 400Ø manway, 2 x 80mm nozzles, an insect-proof vent, cone top and bottom. Welds strip polished 180 grit one side.
Or if over 10,000 litres, a 500Ø manway, plus 2 extra 150mm nozzles. Support system is Sched10S legs, with |/\| bracing if over 10,000 liters.

If the Thickness, Width and Length fields all contain data, the kgs will be extended at the material cost/kg rate. If the Override $/kg or $/unit field contains data,
this will be used to extend either the kgs if calculated or the Meters or No. off data. Use this for per-meter costed material.
Factors effecting estimated labour hours include the type of material, number off, weight, physical size or bulk, and the 'complexity' A set-up time related to the sum
total hours is added into the sum total hours and also included in the individual total prices. You will need to decide the complexity, but once established to your
satisfaction is of course repeatable for all similar jobs. The program will not calculate until all "live" complexity cells contain data. Don't be too concerned if the
unexpected result warning is activated, particularly if there are multiples of any component and finally, be aware that for convenience of repeat usage, the clear data
macro leaves the materials margin and the labour charge-out rate intact, for next time.

entered, and/or the date of entry exceeds 90 days, there are derived formulae that is usedl to deduce a price, usualy but no
based on a constant multiplied by the current cost of 304. You may derive your own constant and modify the formula.

If a price is derived using the International Base Rates, and provided these are current, the price should be valid for anything t
orders today. A reasonable margin for merchants is allowed for. Thus if cirumstances prevent obtaining a current purchase cost,
price should include costs that are reasonable. Note that if the entry date is blank, the effect is the same as if the data was mo
old. Any entered known cost is ignored and the "InternationalBaseRates" where applicable, or the formulae is used. A quick w
