[email protected] General Instructions to the Shortlisted Candidates
1. The Provisional Shortlisted Candidates are advised to register as apprentice in the
Apprenticeship Portal www.mhrdnats.gov.in and they should bring Id and
Password.
2. No TA/DA will be paid to the applicants who called for their joining process.
3. The selected candidates must execute a Contract for the period of training of one
Year as per the Apprenticeship Act.
4. Candidates selected for training will be paid stipend of Rs.3542/- for diploma
technicians and Rs.4984/- for Graduate engineers per the Apprenticeship Act.
5. Candidates have to make his/her own arrangements for accommodation and for
travelling for the engagement process/during Apprenticeship training period and no
accommodation and travelling allowance will be paid by the company.
6. Canteen arrangements is done to provide breakfast and lunch to the candidates
free of cost during working hours.
5. After completion of training, the Apprenticeship contract will be terminated and
there will be No obligation on the part of HAL to offer any employment.
6. Suppression of facts will lead to disqualification at any stage of selection process.
7. Short listed candidates must produce following original documents during
Verification.
a) 10th/SSLC or equivalent mark sheet.
b) Certificate of proof for reservation category (SC/ST/OBC/PH/Ex-Service).
c) Diploma/Degree Certificate or Provisional Diploma/Degree Certificate and proof
of percentage of marks scored.
d) Valid Aadhar card.
e) Pass book photo copy of candidate’s bank account only of State Bank of India.

8. A photo copy set of all the above documents should be submitted with self
attestation at the time of verification.
9. Certificate of Medical fitness by a Government Medical officer not below the
Rank of an Assistant Surgeon (Gazetted)
10. Police Clearance Certificate from the office of Commissioner/ Superintendent of
Police only.
11. Candidates may download the formats of Medical and Police verification form.
12. Candidates advised to stitch (02) sets of the uniform as detailed below at their
own cost: a) Male: (02) white shirts with half sleeves, (02) grey trousers and a pair of
black shoes.
b) Female: (02) sets of gray kurta and white salwar with white duppatta and
a pair of black shoes.
13. Shortlisted candidates should be in a position to join the establishment on the
prescribed date of joining. If the candidate does not report latest by the scheduled
date, it is assumed that he/she is not interested in the Apprenticeship and his/her
candidature will be forfeited.

The Shortlisted candidates should report to Technical Training
Institute, Bangalore as per the scheduled dates mentioned in
attachment. Reporting time will be 08:00 am.
