Zimbabwe Index Constituents Consultation Results

S&P Dow Jones Indices conducted a consultation on potentially excluding index constituents from Zimbabwe from its African Indices. Following the consultation, S&P Dow Jones Indices will continue to include Zimbabwe in its S&P All African Indices. Stocks from Zimbabwe will also remain priced in U.S. dollars using the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange's official close prices. S&P Dow Jones Indices will continue monitoring the situation regarding Zimbabwe.

on the Potential Exclusion of Index Constituents
Domiciled in Zimbabwe
LONDON, NOVEMBER 07, 2017: S&P Dow Jones Indices (“S&P DJI”) has conducted a consultation
with members of the investment community on the potential exclusion of index constituents domiciled in
Zimbabwe from a number of African Indices. Following this consultation S&P DJI will continue to
include Zimbabwe in its S&P All African Indices and Zimbabwean stocks will continue to be priced in
USD at their official close prices from the Zimbabwean Stock Exchange. SPDJI will continue to monitor
this situation closely.
