(a). Provisional Certificate in original while taking original certificate.(if taken)
(b). Student ID Card (GD copy if lost).
(c). Printed copy of Document Clearance Card.
(d). Money Receipt for document fee.
(e). BDT:200 to be paid for Alumni Membership fee while taking final transcript and certificate.
(f). In case of duplicate certificate, you have to submit GD copy and paper advertisement (Newspaper) while collecting
applied documents.
