INFORMATION

I believe there is probable cause to charge the defendant with these charges because:
I responded to a suspicious vehicle. The complainant said the two suspects just fled the building. Both suspects
were apprehended. both suspects were searched and placed under arrest for being in possession of a stolen
vehicle. Search incident to arrest of AP revealed a false temporary drivers license, AP post Miranda stated he
had the false ID created to provide a false identity, AP also had heroin and drug paraphernalia, he then admitted
to throwing the shaved down key used as a burglary tool to the stolen vehicle into the hotel hallway so he would
not be caught in possession of the burglary tools.
