PETITION TO POST BAIL BOND

Unto this Honorable Court, the ACCUSED with the assistance of


COUNSEL most respectfully states:

1. That the accused was charged for the violation of Republic Act 9287,
Section 3 (c);

2. That the accused has sought the immediate assistance of LAWYER in


this particular case;

3. That the bail fixed for his provisional liberty in Criminal Case No.
CrC 123-2022 is P 60,000.00;

4. That he is asking that he may be allowed to post bail pending the


raffling of this particular case;
5.That the accused is currently detained at Panabo Police Station, Panabo
City, Davao del Norte;

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most humbly and respectfully


prayed that JHON DOE be allowed to post bail pending the determination
of the court for which his case will be raffled.

Other reliefs consistent with equity and justice are likewise being prayed
for.
