Description : Seat belt reminder that is used to give the information about the seat belt, whether the
driver and passengers belts buckled or unbuckled. If driver or passengers are not buckled
their seat belt, then it will pass that information to the driver through the Cluster.
Responsibilities
Analysis of System Requirement Document (SRD).
Manual Testing for Central Car Configuration and Product Diagnostics.
Checking the all symbols of seat belt, doors, Gauges, indicator, fuel level, temperature sensor in cluster.
Cross check with another instrument panel and result showing same are not.
Tested the communication on hardware.
Project #2 : Electronic Devices Testing on Test bench.
Role : Junior Engineer
Platform : CANoe and CANalyzer.
Description : This project is to test vehicle on test bench connecting manually all hardware modules
and checking signal indicators, gauges, engine coolant fan, fuel gauges etc. Using CAN
tool checking all modules.
Responsibilities
Analysis of System Requirement Document (SRD).
Checking and testing the electronic modules by using CAN tool.
Tested the communication on hardware.
Vehicle testing & simulation of ECU’s like ABS, BCM, CLUSTER & ECU
Error checking in cluster reporting.
Project #3 :Electronic Control Unit
Organization : Siemens
Role : Testing Engineer
Platform : CANoe,CANalyzer.
Description : Using CAN tool ECU interface with all sensor and testing all sensors checking messages.
Responsibilities
Requirement analysis
ECU Defect verification from vehicle plant and issue logging/Review in the portal.
Manual Checking & testing the engine sensor like knock, MAF, MAP, IAT and AAT.
Worked on the configuration part of the HW modules.
Review of the test failures and reporting software defects.
Project #4 : Wiring Harness and Testing engine sensors
Organization : Dilip Chhabria DesignPvt. Ltd, Pune.
Role : Trainee- Electronics Engineer
Description : Checking and testing the wiring harness from design team. Test wiring harness
connected to engine sensors on test bench and testing all module features in vehicle.
Responsibilities
