Choco Oats

Preparation Time: 5 mins


Serves 1

Ingredients
 4 Tablespoon instant oats
 ½ teaspoon (1.5g) artificial sweetener
 ½ teaspoon pure soluble cocoa powder
 ¼ cup skim milk
 ½ cup hot water

Method
1. Mix artificial sweetener and cocoa powder together and set aside.
2. Put oats and skim milk into a cup. Add in hot water and stir well.
3. Lastly sprinkle mixture of cocoa powder and artificial sweetener onto
oats and adjust sweetness to taste.
4. Ready to serve.
